I wouldn’t even give it a star if I could absolute waste of my time I joined the site ad it stated on another site there was a welcome bonus of 50 free spins on registration I thought I would give it a go as I’ve played on other sites but after going there was no free spins and when I spoke to someone they were not helpful at all stating I wasn’t entitled to anything stay away from this site

This casino is really worth it to visit. They have a nice welcome offer and the support is nice and reply fast. They also have all payment methods you need to deposit fast. If the cashout process is easy as the deposit is this is great. Will add information about the withdrawal after I have requested my first payment. Ich kann von diesem Online Casino nur abraten.
Punkt 1: Betrügerische Werbung.
Ich habe eine Werbung von LuckyLouis erhalten, in der man mir:
GESCHENKTE 100 Super Spins zum SOFORTIGEN einsetzen versprach. Zudem war ganz groß und dick auf der Werbung das Logo von PayPal zu sehen, für den sicheren Käuferschutz.
Diesem Versprechen folgte eine Knopf zur Registrierung.
Erst danach kann man die Nutzungsbestimmungen und AGBs durchlesen und erst nach dem Registrieren sieht man den Haken:
Sie erhalten für jeden eingezahlten EURO ein Super Spin bis zu 100€. Wenn man Geld einzahlen möchte, wird die Möglichkeit mit PayPal NICHT geboten.
Punkt 2: Unseriöse Daten
Wer das Impressum von LuckyLouis einsehen möchte, kann dies leider nicht tun, da das Casino dieses nicht eingeführt hat.
Zusätzlich kann bei der Kontaktaufnahme zum Casino ein kleines Problem entstehen. So sieht es nämlich aus:
Post-Adresse: Unbekannt.
Telefon: Unbekannt.
E-Mail: Angegeben, existiert nur nicht.
Live-Chat: Funktioniert. Ist nur überfüllt.
Punkt 3: Account-Löschung nicht möglich.
Ein Account ist mal eben schnell gemacht,
doch wer seinen Account und seine Daten vor Ausnutzung oder Verkauf schützen möchte, hat hier wohl schlechte Karten.
Selbst wenn man einen Support per Live-Chat erreicht, wird dieser gegen dich argumentieren.
Kein Impressum! -> Braucht man nicht.
Betrügerische E-Mail! -> Haben Sie falsch verstanden.
E-Mail funktioniert nicht! -> Technische Fehler.
Und sobald man die Löschung des Accounts anspricht, wird gesagt, dass dies unmöglich sei.
Wer jedoch mit einer Klage droht, z.B. wegen des fehlendem Impressums, kann nach gut 45 Minuten Diskussion dennoch sein Account löschen lassen, was vorher noch unmöglich war.
Bevor die Löschung jedoch angeboten wird, versucht der Mitarbeiter euch nach Reihe 20/40/60/80/100 Freispiele für ein Spiel ohne Bonus-Game zu behalten.
Punkt 4: Schlechte Programmierung, HTML
Viele Spiele funktionieren nicht, die Seite hängt und bei jedem Aktualisieren darf man sich neu einloggen.
Die Seite ist der totale Reinfall es sollte hier auf keinen Fall Geld eingezahlt werden.
Die Frage ist hier nicht, ob das Casino unseriös ist und dich betrügt, sondern wann der HTML Code überhaupt mal funktioniert und das Geld ankommt.
