I have not had a chance to play any of the slots yet, However I misunderstood the welcome bonus,so I have used the customer service chat on the website. The customer service agent(Louise) was pleasant and prompt in answering the query.

they do everything right but their site constantly is logging me out mid session. Never seen this happen with a site before. Also i was mid purchase for the welcome offer and it signed me out when i went back to finish buying it it was gone. Not sure why but now i have no welcome offer and never made the purchase.

They emailed and asked for a copy of my card, which i uploaded. A day later, they asked for a copy of a different card - one that i had not used to make purchases in a long time. I provided that the same day that they requested it. It took so long to redeem that I ended up playing back all my winnings. I won’t purchase from them again due to the delay in processing redemptions (they estimate 3-5 days), but I dont know for sure since I cancelled and played it back on the second day.
