Join Lucky Twice and you will be unlucky every time

Since I joined this online company I have had nothing but problems. They offer bonuses to entice you to play . When it comes to withdrawal,they come up with all sorts of excuses not to payout. I have had no less than 9 withdrawal requests rejected. They even sent you messages warning you that you shouldn't withdraw winnings as you have a bonus. When you read through their website it tis clear when the winnings become withdrawable. In the last few days deposited £30 with a bonus. I was lucky to win at least £150 after a couple of spins When I tried to take the money out my account showed that I was playing the bonus. I decided to gamble away to a point when I could reclaim the money. At one stage I had £1060 in my account. I didn't know how to get this money and decided to gamble away so that the bonus restrictions will be lifted. I managed to get it to £515 or so . At this time the Lucky Twice system allow for a withdrawal. A day or two later I got an email where one of the representative of Lucky Twice wrote this message to me."

Dear Akhtar,

We'd like to inform you that while checking your withdrawal request, we found out that you have exceeded the maximum bet limit while playing with an active bonus. Regretfully, this is a violation of our Bonus Terms and Conditions specified on our website. Due to this violation, we had to confiscate your winnings gained from the bonus and leave the deposit amount on your balance. We appreciate your understanding, and even with all the desire to meet halfway, we are obliged to be fair and follow the established rules.

I am not sure how to get the money from these people. I think they place all sorts of restrictions so that you cannot cash your winnings. I would advise you keep clear from them if you want to enjoy gambling online. I am still waiting for my last winnings to be paid out before I close my account.

New customer not great experience so far

I have only used this site once I deposited £20 for 50 free spins , I did all the wagering.
I had £60 to withdraw( not a lot but still MY winnings ) . I’ve tried to withdraw several times and the bank transfer is down so they keep telling me . This does seem like a scam site as I can still deposit via bank transfer but can’t withdraw.

Validation and withdrawal issues.

After reading the reviews (after I had already played on the site) I was a little worried as I was experiencing problems being able to withdraw my winnings.
I did not take the bonuses, as from previous experience in other sites, it’s not always the best idea. Three times I had my winnings put back into the account, when trying to withdraw. Eventually I managed to get the correct screenshots etc of evidence they needed to validate my account. I then had problems as they didn’t appear to let you withdraw to the card you used. I did have to find out from my bank statement which Swift number etc I had to use. I was getting a little frustrated with it all and was beginning to believe it was a scam as some people were implying! I did preserve however and did get the winnings into my bank account. It does take a little longer than other sites but does eventually get there. I have and withdrawal going through at the moment. It was pending for just over 24 hours but is now showing that it is in progress. If it is like my last withdrawal I am hoping it changes from in progress to processed and be in my bank tomorrow or Mondays thought this might be useful for those thinking of giving it a go!

I asked the customer service team to close my account because gambling was affecting my mental health and my finances but the still haven't close it I ended up depositing more money and lost it all again I feel suicidal amd thinking of self harming the making my gambling habit worse and I I want my refund from the last deposit because I requested more than x5 for them to close my account but it still active

Scam! Worst online casino ever.
Stay away from this site. I received a £50 bonus and made a £50 deposit, then managed to win £1,280. However, when I tried to withdraw my winnings, they refused to process it. When I complained, they told me I wasn’t allowed to place bets over £5 in total — what a joke! This casino is a complete scam. Avoid it at all costs.

Absolutely Horrendous. Do not gamble with these SCAMMERS. How are they even allowed to stay open is beyond me. They make you take bonuses do not offer them make you. Never let you withdrawal as make excuses about being tied to bonuses. STAY WELL CLEAR. Honest the worst place I have ever used it is impossible to win.
