They are a big-time scam. They promise full money back guarantee in case of return, and they fight you over the return. They say you need to return overseas, which will cost a lot of money and refuse to return the item. They keep arguing with you to send you a return of maybe 30% max of the dress, which is very little in the case of some dresses if you buy an expensive dress. The quality is terrible in addition to their food customer service. They don’t have a phone number you can contact, it’s all my email. They claim their business in Boston and obviously they’re not.

Nightmare. Sent a small instead of medium and said I needed to pay to return the item. The clothing was of extremely poor quality and I saw the same thing I paid $60 for on Temu for less than $10.

I ordered 2 dresses, totaling over $111, and just received them today. What a ripoff! Cheap Chinese synthetic fabric. Fabric easily cost less than $10 for both. I should have known better. Lesson learned!
