I’m a hair extension master and I want to share my honest experience.
I ordered “premium quality” hair, but what I received was clearly standard — very disappointing.
After washing, the hair became dry, frizzy and lost its quality immediately. This is not how real premium hair should behave.
Because of this, I had unhappy clients and financial loss, which is unacceptable in this business.
Be careful — the quality is not consistent, and what you see is not always what you get.

We have received your feedback and would like to clarify the situation to avoid any misunderstanding for other customers reading this review.
Firstly, right after you informed us that one bundle did not meet your expected quality (immediately after receiving the hair and before installation), we responded promptly and offered a 1:1 compensation/replacement. However, we did not receive any reply from you. A few days later, when you continued to raise concerns about the quality, we maintained our support and repeated the proposed solution, but still did not receive your cooperation.
Secondly, after you posted this review, we were quite surprised as we had not received any response regarding the solutions we previously offered. We then proactively contacted you again and provided a clear resolution. However, you informed us that the hair had already been installed on your client and could not be returned. This is something we need to clarify: if the product did not meet the quality as stated, proceeding with installation is difficult to understand, especially for someone with high standards for quality.
Thirdly, we always prioritize customer benefits and product reputation, but we also need to ensure fairness for both sides. Requesting a 100% refund while keeping the product is not in line with any standard warranty policy.
We are always transparent in how we work:
• Accept return for a full refund
• Or replace 100% of any defective products
This is a consistent policy applied to all our customers.
We operate with clarity, transparency, and professionalism, and it is important for us to address this matter to avoid any unnecessary misunderstanding among other customers. From the beginning of our cooperation, we clearly stated that any issue would be taken responsibility for and handled properly.
