I would rate them a zero, however that wasn’t an option. Ordered a woman’s top, very cute in the photo, on February 27th. Has not arrived to this day. When I enquire they tell me repeatedly to check with my neighbors, (we have known our neighbors for over 6 years), check around the neighborhood and the Post Office. We have a locked mailbox and we get a key for packages that don’t fit in our box. It’s a very secure system. The Post Office says the tracking number is invalid. They do not respond to a request for a refund. Has to be a complete scam.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY USE FALSE ADVERTISEMENT TO REEL YOU IN . IT IS NOT AMERICAN MADE AND COMES FROM CHINA. THE MATERIAL IS CHEAP AND FLIMSY AND LOOKS NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE, IT TOOK OVER 3 WEEKS TO RECEIVE THE ITEM. THEY ARE TRYING TO COMPENSATE ME BY GIVING ME $4 FOR A ITEM I SPENT $39.99 FOR. BUYER BEWARE. I ordered 2 cashmere sweater shirts from what I thought was Nordstrom. Caution with ordering anything from Instagram. When the order was confirmed, it said the shipper was Lucyscustomshop. Ok, that was a surprise. I then learned the order was shipping from France. My order was for 3XL even though in US sizes I wear an XL or 2XL because I wrongly assumed that it might be coming from a Chinese factory thus why I ordered a size up. Well even with this size extra consideration the 3XL fits like a Large. After waiting weeks for this order, my disappointment with Lucyscustomshop is hard to even put into words. Please do yourself a big favor and avoid this children size store. Massive fail is being kind.

Scam, if there ever was one. I ordered a plaid jacket hoodie for myself in October, it is now the end of December and still no jacket. I contacted the company through email, and they responded your order was delivered. It wasn't, and I want proof of the delivery, I'm still waiting for proof, after a week, and still nothing! There went 80.00 up a hogs ass!

ordered a lined jacket and paid 70.00 for crap. The material looks like some type of plastic and the is not even the same than the picture. It is my first time with them and it will be the last. Never again.... Beware people

Horrible experience. Ordered a men’s lined jacket which was quite expensive in size 3XL. The order took almost two months to arrive. The product looked NOTHING like the photo …rather was some plastic looking cheesy material of extremely poor quality and the sleeves come halfway up my husbands arms ….cant do a single button up. I ordered a size up but this would barely fit a child. There is no customer service phone number but I did email customer service requesting a refund and return but I’m pretty sure this is a scammer fly by night Chinese company. Save your money.
