Painful, caused minor bleeding and significant sensitivity despite following instructions carefully. I have emailed multiple times to ask for a refund of the unopened product due to the above and have had no response.

Its a really nasty chemical smell, I put it on a few times because it didn't work very well and I had a bit of a headache.

They said delivered today after waiting along time since order I was beginning to worry. No items have been delivered

Their products are really great I mostly used the minimizing pore serum and had an incredible experience with their service always a 10/10 smooth process, they're fast and active all the time!

I've been using for about 2 weeks I only used it 3 times until now and it's just amazing how this thing works.. I love it it's easy fast and so simple.

They claim their products come from the US or the UK, It's been 20 days since I bought the nose strips, turns out they come from China and tracking stopped working after it got through US customs.
I've emailed them multiple times, I've messaged them through the chat on their website, and social media, too. No replies. I wonder if I will ever get my product, but I warn you all DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Luelle’s website claims their products ship from the US or UK, which gives the impression they’re made or fulfilled locally. This is not true — my order was shipped from China, clearly labeled as such on the box.

I placed my order in early May, and it took over three weeks to arrive. During that time, I attempted to contact customer service multiple times — through their supposed 24/7 live chat and via email — and received no response. I tried the chat feature three separate times and also emailed them, all with no resolution.

Eventually, I filed a claim with PayPal. The only thing I received from Luelle was a tracking number — no explanation or follow-up.

On top of the shipping and customer service issues, the product itself does not match what’s advertised. The ingredients listed on the box include aqua, polyvinyl alcohol, gelatin, titanium dioxide, magnesium aluminometasilicate, hexanediol, hydroxyacetophenone, phenoxyethanol, perfume, chrysanthellum indicum extract, aloe barbadensis leaf, butylene glycol, and propylene glycol.

Of the advertised ingredients — aloe extract, hyaluronic acid, charcoal, and purslane oil — only aloe extract is actually present. Hyaluronic acid, charcoal, and purslane oil are not listed at all, which is misleading. Depending on your location, this could even be grounds for a false advertising complaint under consumer protection laws.

Very disappointing experience overall from shipping to support to product integrity.

Shipping took forever and it was a present for someone so I couldn’t give it to them. I’m trying to return it and no one will answer my email. I’ve been scammed!

I was sceptical at first, especially because I didn't receive a confirmation E-Mail and also because I got delivered only one part of my order and I got unsure, if there would be a second package or if they just simply forgot/didn't put the rest of my order in that package.

However, the customer service was such an excellent experience. They always replied so fast.. my first Mail was sent out around midnight and the next morning they (Mike) answered to my issue perfectly. Yesterday I sent one at 19:02 and got my response the same day by 19:12.. wow!

I received all of my products all the way to Switzerland and I'm happy that this was not a scam. Thank you so much.

The Deep Cleansing Pore Strips are good!! The blackhead remover vacuum not so much!

I ordered the pore strips a month ago and they haven‘t arrived yet and probably won‘t arrive anymore.
I wrote them 2 emails and got a tracking link, but it‘s not updating or anything.
They said they will check it up and let me know if there are any more new infos, but they also never send me another email.
Just a very shady shop!

As someone who rarely leaves reviews, I felt this was worth the effort for Luelle!

Now, let’s talk about the Luelle Deep Cleansing Pore Strips. Wow. My sensitive, combination skin (I’m German/Asian and not prone to acne) usually reacts instantly to any product it doesn't like, with redness, irritation, or even swelling. But this pore strip? It’s a game-changer!

I did feel a slight tingling sensation at first, especially in my drier areas, but it was brief—gone in less than a minute. The strip dried quickly and, like most masks, felt a bit tight once fully set, but nothing unbearable. After 10 minutes, I rinsed it off and was genuinely amazed. My skin felt incredibly soft, smooth, and ready to fully absorb the rest of my skincare routine. Afterward, I applied a soothing toner, serum, and moisturizer with SPF, and honestly, my skin felt so fresh and clean that I didn’t even need makeup.

This product has earned a permanent place in my weekly skincare routine. I use it once a week, and I look forward to it every time! While I initially thought it was a bit pricey, it has completely exceeded my expectations—it’s worth every cent. I’m also super curious about the Luelle serum after reading all the rave reviews, so that’s next on my wishlist!

I’ll definitely be returning for more, and I’ll be recommending Luelle to everyone I know!

I ordered the product at the end of March 2024. Sent a Mail to ask about the product, since it had not arrived in May. They replied that I have to track the package. When I clicked on the link, it says that the package has been delivered in middle of April. But I have not recieved any products. Send them more than 10 mail, to ask where the products or any mistaken adress or something. Same answer every time, you have to check with your track or post office. But the package have never arrived. Still sending Luelle Mail now in July. They won’t find any solution. Now they have stopped responding and will not find out where the product is or what has happened. Stay away. Big scam. Not recommended!

Jeg bestilte d.5 marts, og allerede i starten havde jeg fået ordrebekræftelse og tracking til pakken. Men den var ikke tilgængelig. Nu snart en måned senere har jeg rykket i dem og skrevet frem og tilbage 20, TYVE gange. Og hver gang får jeg af vide "your package will arrive in a few days". Har jeg modtaget min pakke? NEJ. Rigtig dårligt!
