Ceri thank you for all your help every step of the way: from inquiring about the mattress, to payment and ordering and to updates about its being made and arrival. We actually didn’t end up keeping the mattress from Luff, we couldn’t find the right one for us. However, we have found the customer service to be excellent! Extremely helpful on the phone, spoke to a human in England. Kerry was fantastic! The delivery team were great, quick and kept us informed of delivery dates and times.
When we did need a refund (bought through Costco) Luff were happy to help and quickly refunded with no fuss. Thank you Luff

The best bedsheets, duvet covers, and pillowcases I have EVER used. I bought my first set 4 years ago and whenever laundry day came I dreaded using any other bedsheets because honestly nothing comes close to how soft and cool the sheets feel. So of course we bought our second and third set to alternate!

I highly recommend Luff. Top quality and so comfortable. I’ll never buy anything else!

Bought a king size duvet set. Extra pillowcases and a fitted sheet. Best we’ve ever had. Then I ordered online via Costco a set in light gray. Again fantastic but I couldn’t find a matching fitted sheet.
Had a woman, Kerry, phone me from Luff just to see how I was liking them. Told her about the fitted sheet. She’s going to source one for me.
That’s a company that does care. Well done.

I’ve been a loyal Luff customer since 2022 after discovering them at Costco. I bought fitted sheets and duvet sets for the whole family. I wash them every two weeks and they still look and feel new. I run warm at night and these are the only sheets that keep me cool while staying incredibly soft. My nephew struggles with severe eczema, is quite sensitive to certain materials, and also runs warm at night—these are the only sheets that keep him comfortable and cool.

I purchased the Luff mattress from Costco in mid-March, and I’ve been thoroughly impressed ever since. The quality is outstanding — it’s incredibly comfortable, supportive, and has made a noticeable difference in my sleep. From unboxing to settling in, the whole experience was smooth and hassle-free.

I also want to highlight how responsive and professional the support team has been. Even when I reached out about a recent price change, they were courteous and helpful. It’s rare to find such great customer care these days.

I had accidentally ordered a flat sheet instead of a fitted sheet, spoke with the fabulous Evan, he immediately posted me a fitted sheet out and sent me a returns label for the flat sheet. What a service!! I must say, I am delighted with the excellent silky smooth quality of both the sheet and the pillowcases I ordered! My head (and body) are no longer ''uncomfortably hot'' in the night. I will be returning for more. Thanks Luff and lovely Evan xx

Such a wonderful company! They were super helpful at helping me to decide which mattress to buy. Having a bespoke one made was relatively quick (2.5 weeks) and oh my the comfort is so good!

I've been waking up more refreshed in the morning and I'm confident that's beceause I'm breathing better at night.

I recently purchased a Luff Prestige pillow from Costco and it’s the best purchase I’ve made this year. I’ve always struggled with pillows and didn’t realise that you could get adjustable ones. It took 3 or 4 attempts to get it perfect and there was a bit of cleaning up afterwards but now I wouldn’t be without it. Thank you Luff. A it’s a great product.

Purchased one of their cooling gel pillow.
Unfortunately it wasn't comfortable at all and far too thin.
I requested a return after just a few days which took another few days for them to authorise.
Tge pillow was returned and received by them 8 days ago. No confirmation, no refund despite emails being sent.

Recently bought a mattress topper a pillows, an I can honestly say I sleep far better than before.
No aches or pains.
Will definitely be purchasing more!

I made the upgrade to the bamboo Forrest pillow a few months ago, best decision I ever made - I’m waking up more refreshed and in less pain now.

Highly recommend, will be getting more.

Bought a superking medium mattress. On opening packaging had oil mark and hole
Also really hard. Company checked mattress and a firm mattress had been put into a medium cover
Received a new mattress and it had two large holes in it that had been sewn together with white thread.
When you are paying over a thousand ponds for a mattress you expect better quality and service

I purchased the pillow because of the ease of being able to reduce the filling to the comfortable state for my best sleep. It's been amazing as you plump it up and being memory foam retains it shape.
I thought I would be taking the pillow back as I have had trouble finding pillows but after 3 months of using it, its not going back .

I struggle sleeping at night particularly in the warmer nights and also suffer from allergy issues. This is why I have been absolutely thrilled that these issues disappeared when using the Luff Bamboo Bedding (Duvet Set and Pillowcases) and the Luff Mayfair Pillow! I thought it was a miracle, but since using the products I have been sleeping extremely well and deeply. Even my skin has started to look better thanks to the natural, breathable and luxury Bamboo Silk material. Definitely recommend and will be buying again! Thank you Luff!

I recently bought a cooling gel pillow and Mattress topper. These products are so amazing and my sleep has really improved and feels like I am sleeping on a new mattress, not to mention how nice and cool the pillow feels through out the hot summer nights .Thank you Luff.

The bamboo bedding is so soft and has really helped with my hayfever. I have been sleeping with luff bamboo bedding for a month now and during the months of high pollen I tend to get very drowsy. The beddings anti-allergen qualities have definitely helped my allergies. Furthermore, the luff prestige adjustable pillow has definitely helped the soreness in my neck so I can adjust the height of the pillow to my liking.

After being impressed by the website, and 100 night sleep trail promise, I bought a pair of Bamboo Forest pillows in June.

Arrived quickly, faster than stated, and they looked fine.
I found them a bit firm and after a couple of weeks of poor sleep decided to send them back.
(It is the Bamboos removable pillow protector that is the main constituent of the item they are selling, the pillow underneath looks pretty basic).

I sent the pillows back on a tracked service and expected a refund - the website says:

"he only thing we ask is that you send the product back to us and as soon as it is received we will issue a full refund."

28 days after the tracked/confirmed delivery date back to Luff I still had not received a refund, and it is only when I sent a message about this that I actually received the refund.
It shouldn't be down to the customer to chase a company to honour their refund policy.
