Brought suitcases in August 24, used on one holiday in September 24 . Suitcase wheel on one of the suitcases completely broken on the outward journey (so only lasted 1xflight!) . Amazon did not h... Voir plus

Excellent service

The customer service was excellent when I got in touch with a question. Manasi was quick to reply and offered to solve my problem. The situation was very well dealt with and resolved. The luggage is good value for the price. I am happy with this company

Having bought my daughter the large…

Having bought my daughter the large Lugg suitcase from Morrisons, we were having an issue with validating the warranty for the case. I contacted customer services and wish to say it has been a pleasure. Having corresponding with firstly Manasi, and then Pranav, who has now kindly resolved this issue and re instated the warranty. The service, response time along with the courteous replies I received, has been excellent . A pleasure to deal with. Thank you

Poor customer service

Had a pop up for 30% off but only 10% was coming off. Emailed and was told I had to spend £120 so topped up my order but still only 10% off. Called and was told its "upto 10%" and they wouldnt honour it. Screen shot showing 30% off sent as well as the email from them.
Haven't bothered ordering.

Great Service

I had a problem with my order of two cases which I ordered have to say that Carl in customer services went above and beyond to sort it out and solve the issue. Highly recommend as the customer service is excellent, thank you Gary

GREAT CUSTOMER SERIVCE

I ordered a suitcase, a duffle bag and a luggage scale from Lugg online . Unfortunately, Evri (delivery company) they lost one of my parcels and caused a delay. I needed these items for my trip and the lack of communication from Evri was frustrating. I contacted Lugg Customer Service and the advisor, Manasi, was incredibly helpful. She quickly arranged a replacement order and reassured me that it would be delivered. She also checked in daily to keep me updated on the tracking. Thanks to her assistance, I received both replacement items promptly. I don’t know what I would have done without her. I’m very satisfied with the outcome.

Quick to respond

This company responded very quickly to address a problem caused by the courier leaving the delivery at the wrong address.
I was very well treated and the problem was well resolved.

The ordering and delivery was great.

The ordering and delivery was great,easy and quick.Was very happy with the packaging as I knew dpd were delivering my luggage and was apprehensive but it was all in tact and couldn’t wait to open the box.I am so happy I picked the forest colour as it’s easier to pick out on the airport Travelator.😊😊😊😊

28inch lugg purchase

Recently purchased a 28inch lugg suitcase,Which was a gift for my daughter. Faced difficulty with the tracking of the item.
Contacted the customer service team and recieved a very proactive response and solution was provided very quick. Thank you Aaron for the help.
