Ordered very nice looking silk face masks on 13 August. Was promised via an email that went out to 20 other people - on an OPEN email list, NOT BCC'd - that my order would be shipped on 16 August. It's 23 September, and still no email with shipping information, or product.
"We’re reaching out to let you know that due to high order volumes from our sale, we are currently experiencing significant delays in our warehouse and your order(s) will take longer than usual to ship out. Your order(s) is currently being processed and you can expect your order(s) to ship by 16/08/21." VERY disappointed with this company and experience.

This is the worst experience I have…bad service
This is the worst experience I have had, all the products I received came Without the outer packaging, so I did not know what are the expiry dates of these products, I need to know the expiry dates of any product that I would put on my face, I would give a rating of 2/10 for this order.And most importantly I have tried to reach out to Lujo box regarding this issue and nobody has responded back to me.
