Hair Halos - Refund Issues
Further to my review on the 05/04/2024 and response on 09/04/2024 regarding my review BTW you did not give your name.
Christine from your team emailed me on 06/04/2024 but I am afraid her response did not resolve anything. I had already explained that the 3 halos were far from a colour match and as you only have 2 shades of red which you had sent me you would be unable to offer me alternatives. All the colours on all 3 halos did not come close to the colours as advertised on your website which means they were not as described. For these reasons I requested to return these for a full refund. Christine suggested a 20% refund and I could keep the halos. That is not at all helpful or suitable. As already stated due to the colours the halos are useless to me. I spent £79.00 so the offer of £15.80 is an insult to me. I wrote back to Christine on the 07/04/2024 and as a gesture of goodwill on my part suggested a 60% refund = £47.40 and I would return 2 of the halos. I haven't had any response. But quite frankly considering the colours are not as advertised they are totally unsuitable clolours for my hair ( you have had photos of me clearly showing my hair colour ) and you can't offer a better alternative colour match because there aren't any. I would far rather return all 3 halos and receive a full refund of £79.00, at least then you would have redeemed yourselves as a company. A reputable such as naturyl hair extensions offers there customers a refund if for any reason they are not satisfied. That's as it should be, if you can resolve this to my satisfaction I will of course write a more positive review. I look forward to your response ( and please state your name! ) so that I can update trust pilot.

So I bought 3 halos at a cost of £79.00. I have asked for a refund of 60% of that cost which is £47.40. and in return I will return 2 of the 3 halos. Lula have processed a refund of 60% of the cost of 2 halos which is £29.70, a shortfall of £17.70!! I have written back and drawn this to their attention and asked for an additional refund of £17.70 so that we can conclude this matter. I will update you! 13/4/24 09.15hrs

Christine in Customer Services has responded, she has said that has processed the remainder of the refund of £17.70. So once both have reached my account this matter will be sorted. In conclusion Lula hair halos are good value provided you can get a good colour match. Customers should be aware they will exchange for an alternative colour match because as a rule they don't give refunds. In my situation they really didn't have a choice because I'm a redhead and they only had 2 options which didn't match my hair colour or their advert.

I inquired about what color to purchase and they gave me an honest answer that they did not have a color currently that would be a good match. They didn't try to sell me something that they knew wouldn't match just to make a sale. I appreciated that and am watching for new colors!

Love Lula hair extensions! I have the straight and the curly halo extension and they bring so much confidence to me and I get SOOO many compliments on how good they look and how great they blend. I will definitely be a repeat customer with these extensions at a great price!

I love it !
I was sceptical about buying things from promo ads, so glad that I did. The halo hair from Lula was (and is) just brilliant! I was actually surprised that it was exactly as they'd described and it looks real and natural. Wow! My hair is red-ish and I was amazed how well the colour matched. Fantastic - I asked for their advice on the colour and sent them a photo of me before I bought it.... So... I am thrilled with it and will definitely recommend to anyone - thanks team Lula :-)

Hair Looks Perfect
The hair looks perfect, perfect match to mine. I ordered hair that was too long and Joselyn worked so well with me with the return/exchange. Even made a mistake by telling her I wanted another color then later taking it back. Even though the replacement was ordered she quickly cancelled it and made it to what I wanted. I love it, told everyone I know at work to go buy it!

Giving two stars because the hair is garbage product
Giving two stars because the hair is good quality and the color matched great. The extensions, however, were not as advertised. The length wasn’t any longer than my natural hair and they weren’t easy to use like the videos made it seem. It came with a cheap plastic band that is supposed to sit on the crown of your head but it doesn’t stay put. The delivery took longer than the expected 5-7 days and now I won’t be able to return since I had been jacking around with the hairpiece for so long trying to make it work.

I used the hair match from a specialist and she was sooo good. She recommended one shade for the straight hair and a different shade for the wavy hair. First of all I would have never thought of that. When I checked out the shades she was spot on!

Worst product EVER
Worst product EVER. Wish I read reviews before purchasing. I am trying to return. If tge company does not allow, I will come back on here and give everyone my email address so that we can file a class action lawsuit for deceptive advertising.

Great product, looks just like my real hair. I'm an older lady and the hair piece I bought, I had shortened to match my own hair length. It just gives me that little bit of confidence, without feeling I look daft.

Colour match experience
I was really unsure of my colour match, so I emailed Lula, it was super easy and all I had to do was take a few pictures of my hair from different angles in the natural light and that enabled them to match my colour! Very helpful service!

Shady company- False advertising …
I ran into the same problem that most people are complaining about. I did what I was supposed to do. I sent pictures -they gave me a color to try and when the extensions came the color that the extensions were didn’t even look like the pictures on the website! My hair is bleached blonde and what I got was a silver, dingy, looking ombré set. Needless to say, they didn’t come close to matching. The website says they will send you a replacement until they get it right.. That is false..I asked to return them rather than exchange-I was not thrilled with the overall quality of the hair and needed them for my vacation and shipping took 3 1/2 weeks and they arrived nine days before I was supposed to leave. I knew I would never get the replacement set in time.. I decided I didn’t want a new pair..I didn’t open the bags. However I was told that for hygienic reasons I could not return them, but I could send them back for an exchange. For the life of me, I don’t understand what the difference is, except for the fact that the company would actually have to give me my money back. It’s OK to send hair back if they’re sending you more hair, but for hygienic reasons, they couldn’t give you a refund on hair that wasn’t even opened? What?? In addition to that, their website says that returns are easy. If by easy they mean that you have to do everything yourself then,yeah I guess it is. However for the customer, having to go to the post office on your own, pay for shipping and tracking and write all the information down that they want too, to go with the exchange (they give you a list) seems to be the opposite of how easy it could be. It also is really not free. The fact that they didn’t match the color and the color did not even match the website picture (no fault of mine) and I didn’t even open the product meant nothing to them. Only exchanges are accepted and the customer has to pay for it!! Their entire website is false advertising… They are super shady. Save your money and buy real hair from a reputable company.
