I’ve been a long time customer of Lulu Ave. when it was Lulu’s body piercing in Westminster. I followed Johnny and his staff for the amazing customer experience. It’s always a great time during my appointment.

We had a great experience, both when I took my 13 yr old daughter to have her ears pierced for the first time, and also when she got hit in the ear in volleyball and lost an original earring. LuluAve kindly replaced it so she could continue healing properly. Very happy!

They were nice and helpful when I went in to get the piercing done. They give you a number that you can text for any questions or updates about your healing process, but when I texted it, I received no answer. It was for a rather urgent matter, too, so I wish they had responded. I ended up solving the issue I had on my own.

10/10 to getting my ears pierced here!! So welcoming and kind! Got my rook and daith piercing! Very nice I love how they came out and was painless! Well for me i didn’t feel anything! :) Would definitely recommend!

All the girls made me and my friends feel so welcome. The one at the front took the time to help us pick out our piercings and made sure we had all the options when picking our jewelry. Our piercer was amazing, made us all feel safe and gave us the perfect instructions for after care. Once we were done all the girls in the studio made us feel so good by how they complimented us. We love a girls girl!!!

Came to get my third lobes pierced. I had previously had my seconds done with them when they were still at Westminster, and I continue to have good experiences with them! The staff is very friendly and comforting, and they do their jobs well. Hoping to come back soon to do my helix!

The shop was very clean, well organized, and customer service was top notch! The male piercer for my flats on (1 Feb 25), the female piercer who treated my swollen flat and replaced my jewelry (26 Apr 25), and the piercer for my newest piercings were very informative (2 May 25). Most recently, she gave great suggestions on where my rook and conch would best be place per my ears anatomy, and when it came time to perform my piercings she was quick and proficient. This is my third time going back to them and my fourth piercing accomplished by them and needless to say, it won’t be my last. Even though I drove 3 hours each way it is so worth it. Their jewelry selection is what I love because they have real gold, white gold, and more to choose from. Good customer service is so hard to find and coupled with everything mentioned above, why would I go anywhere else. Thank you guys!

Everyone is super nice and helpful my only complaint is that the jewelry selection is really limited. When I came to this same spot 4 years ago there were cases and cases of jewelry and this last time there were only a handful of options for septums

Amazing experience at Lulu Ave! The staff was incredibly patient, helpful, and friendly throughout the entire process. They took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. The studio is clean, professional, and has a great selection of jewelry. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great piercing experience!

THIS PLACE WAS SUCH A VIBE. It's a shame that it is tucked in a dead mall. the owner and the receptionist were chefs kiss. My gfs and i decided we wanted to get sister piercing and we ended up here since I had this location saved on tiktok. Even though it was a bit pricier than other locations I would go back again. I hope they end up getting a store front. they were friendly clean and knowledgeable

Honestly everything about my visit was great. Staff was very helpful and friendly, they walk you through everything, how the piercing is going to be done and the steps for aftercare and what to expect. I had a great experience.

Loved our experience. Looking forward to the next piercings!
