Just as a follow up to my previous review, I recently had an issue with my lamp charging. I contacted the company (Anna) by email and she resolved the problem in an efficient and speedy manner.
In this day and age, It was so refreshing to have an early response to my email and the way my issue was dealt with has been refreshing. Excellent!

Do not buy.

Customer service is the only positive aspect of this company. Anna was so helpful and prompt in her replies to problems.
Products are not cheap to buy . Quality wise I would compare them to products bought on a street market. Cannot imagine them lasting any length of time.

Great stylish product and excellent service

Great stylish product which arrived super quick. One of the lights was faulty (the usb charger wasn’t properly connected on the inside of the lamp so I couldn’t connect my usb cable) and Anna from the company jumped on it straight away and a new lamp is heading my way. Great customer service !

So impressed

So impressed. I had a faulty lamp so I contacted customer service and they replied almost immediately.
After discussing the issue. I was sent email with a replacement coming.
I thought my experience with customer service was professional ..prompt and quick. Couldn’t fault them.
I would definitely purchase from Lumeria again.

Stylish lamps that look good on the dining table and on a shelf when reading. One had a charging problem but customer service responded very promptly and replaced the item immediately.

Lovely lamps and excellent service

I was delighted with two small lamps which I had bought to brighten a dark part of our hallway. Sadly there was a problem as they were not fully charging. I contacted Anna in customer services and she arranged for two replacements to be sent. These lamps are perfect and look lovely.
Anna was prompt with her responses to all my queries which she answered efficiently and with good humour.

Very poor quality product

Lamp took an inordinate of time to arrive. When it did, it was in damaged packaging, broken and of extremely poor quality. Original price was £59.95...I paid £29.95 as it was on sale. Would say the item is worth about £3. Update: Lumeria have now confirmed a refund has been generated, and asked me to remove my review. I still stand by my comments about the extremely poor quality of the product.

I had to contact Customer Services as part of my order hadn’t arrived. Anna was most helpful - she responded promptly and sorted the issue immediately. Lumier’s Customer Services Department is first-class.

I ordered x3 Nordic minimalist design…

I ordered x3 Nordic minimalist design mood lamps, taking advantage of the reducing price as the order increased. Two arrived, without any indication of when the third would arrive. Slightly concerned, as the first delivery did take while, I emailed the company and received a very reassuring and speedy response from Anna at Customer Support. The delivery of the last lamp came the following day. I absolutely love the lamps that are exactly as described on the website and definitely would order from Lumeria again.

Poor quality products, buyer beware!

The two lamps I bought were of poor quality. When I tried to return them in line with their advertised 100% satisfaction or your money back, I was informed I would have to ship them to the US. The company looks like it is UK based but it isn't. They then offered a refund of some of the money or a voucher to buy further products from them.
I'm not sure why I would want more products, when the original products I bought were very sub-standard.
I would advise anyone considering to buy from this company, not to bother. Total waste of money

Do not purchase anything from this website. I lost £50 due to their scam. The products they send are of extremely cheap, poorly made quality, often breaking within days. They refuse to issue refunds, and their false 60-day money-back guarantee is a deception. Their lack of reliability and integrity leaves customers helpless. The items you receive are of very poor quality, from flimsy packaging to shoddy construction, and do not resemble the images posted on their website, further indicating they are counterfeit or misleadingly advertised.

Cheap rubbish

Cheap rubbish, that could burn your house down.
The original and replacement light fitting arrived with faults and damage.
While trying to cobble together one good light out of the two, I discovered there is no Earth and the cables were so fine, I couldn't put a new plug on because it kept slipping out the pin screw.
No way would I risk having this plugged in my home, especially my daughters room!
