The wig from this company is really good quality and looks very natural. The hair is soft, doesn’t tangle easily, and has a nice shine. It was easy to install and fit comfortably on my head. I also like how the wig kept its style even after wearing it for a long time. The lace blended well with my skin, making it look realistic. I’m very happy with this wig and would definitely recommend this company to others.

Please, I employ you, do not buy any hair products from this company. They have false advertising and they do not have a return policy. I needed to return items which were horrible, I put them back in the package immediately. When I reach out to Lumiere to get return instructions, they gave me the run around and then said they would only refund me $45 after I had paid over $150 for the products. They wanted me pay to ship the products back to them and then receive less than 1/3 of what I paid for the products. I would never buy hair products from them. The quality is poor, hard and harsh hair.

Hair is soft and looked like the pic on the website. Didn’t shed when I brushed the curls out and no factory smell.

I ordered 1 wig on 2/13/26 and have yet to receive it. I have sent several emails and still nothing. Also was told through an email that I would get $10 back but it is not even showing up on my account.

I am going to let others know not to buy anything from your company. And I am going to also have Award Winning Investigative Reporter, know how you take money from consumers.

Today (3/6/26) I received what I thought was the wig I ordered. What I actually got was the opposite. It is not the same and it is not human hair. It is nothing like the photo. I am beyond upset. And it came from CHINA not the US warehouse.BEWARE!!!

My Experience with Lumiere Hair was great. I received my hair bundles on time packed very well. I had the bundles installed.and my hair looks great. I am very satisfied with Lumiere Hair products and will cuntinue to purchase from Lumiere Hair.

I was not satisfied with the hair color. It was suppose to have been brown/red and it had a orange tone to it. I was not satisfied with it. I opened one pack and that's the reason I haven't returned it.

I ordered a 26 inch wig and not true length. Measured 12 to 14 inches towards the top of wig. Quality is decent. Delivery time was good. I would not order from company again.

The hair is smooth and bundles are thick. The hair has no odor to it. The only reason I gave it a 4 was because I ordered wine and got mor of a red color

I love how quickly it arrived but I honestly feel that frontal should atleast be 180 density which is why I submitted 4 stars instead of 5
