do not order from this company. I got contacted by them on TikTok because I create content with products. They would email me almost every day and respond back well saying for me to choose a product I'd get a discount on it and such and such ordered the light mask and that was March 17 ever since then I've received no tracking no emails. They're not responding to my emails and basically they just took my hundred dollars and that's it.

I ordered some from this company on February 26, 2026 and have yet to receive it. Going back and forth with them saying I received my order which I did not. They can't show me proof of delivery, the address they delivered too and the signed receipt. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Still waiting for my refund.

Will not respond to texts the support phone number when you call it doesn't ring

Canceled order I have been scammed out of money 3 times in a 2 week period. The product is garbage and I will be filing an official complaint with the BBB if I dont get my money back

This company should be closed down. They have copied a known doctors packaging. All it is is grease on a stick! Then I cancelled my follow-up shipment as the product is a scam and does not work. I made that quite clear not to send. They sent it anyway and it has been hell trying to return. They keep on saying they are sending a return label. That never happened.
It is a fraghlent product scamming the public with zero customer service.
WARNING: DO NOT BUY!!!

I bought this stick thinking it was the dr melaxin but whn it came it had on the package lumilux so I have been miss led it's very greasy and does nothing

I had severe allergic reactions, which I have never had from anything before. It made ZERO difference in the dark sunken circles around my eyes or my fine lines or wrinkles.
I had canceled my subscription and was billed and sent more of your garbage, which I don't even want. And then they tried to do it AGAIN!!!!!

I ordered one product from them and now I’m getting it every month at at $19.94 a month. The “manage subscription” page is conveniently not working. I’ve emailed several times, called the (probably fake phone number) and left multiple
Messages. I’ve deleted my card number and address and they still keep sending it and charging me. Any suggestions anyone??

To the people who feel the same as i do??? The ONLY way to stop this company from taking money from your account is to CANCEL YOUR CREDIT CARD!!!! We need to join together and get a lawyer, this should NOT be tolerated!!!!

DO NOT BUY!!! I did not receive my product, ordered on the 22nd December. I have emailed them several times in January and I get the same response, please allow 24-28 hours for us to check with courier. Its now the 6th February 2026 and I still trying to fight the company to get a refund for a product I never received.

Do not buy this Anti-aging stick not good. Of course you have to open it and try it. I did and it went on greasy did nothing. I wrote to ask for professional customer service to make it right to get a refund and the respresentative said no refund if product opened. I wrote back and stated of course a customer has to open it to try it. Pass on this product do not purchase.

This was supposed to be a one-time purchase. They turned it into reoccurring purchases. This is also a fake product. It's not real and it does not do anything for your face or your skin whatsoever. If it wasn't for my bank I wouldn't be able to stop this from happening. These people are wrong for what they're doing. They also asked me to suspend the fraud on the account. I actually told them I would not do that. What they are doing is wrong and they should not be in business.

The one order turned out to be a subscription. I reached out to their customer service. She told me where to cancel the subscription. I never found that area so I just emailed her back and said can you please cancel my subscription? No response so then I received an email saying I was getting a third order and once I told them that their company was garbage and a scam then she canceled it for me. I asked about returning the product and she said take a picture of your package when you get it and then we can send you a return label. She didn’t tell me I shouldn’t open it so I opened it took a picture of the package and the unopened product and she said well you opened it so now we can’t accept it as a return.. I said you should have told me not to open it. This company is a scam and the product is terrible.
