In these hard times. It breaks my heart that STILL companies are able to take advantage of hardworking people who are trying to find a bargain and then read reviews of the product rated top 5 and then be sent something that is inferior in every way and NOT the product you ordered. Then to be told they have reviewed said item and " you got what you ordered.... Well I'm here to tell you NO I DID NOT. Evidence was sent in photos. And that this is funnily enough the only company that advertises this product. But I can ashore you that you do not want to buy from this company. All I wanted was an acknowledgement of the wrong item being sent ... And a FULL REFUND. PLEASE PLEASE do not buy from this company. It's not worth the money or hassle... trust me

Ordered a door bell with a rain cover absolutely useless kept on going off line discharging spoke about a return don’t bother it must be returned to China in the original box and wrappings or you not get any money and the import charge must be paid aswell it worked out to return it would cost me money. Don’t bother writing to support your get an aggressive email from Olivia. Lumin Vera ring doorbell is as good as a chocolate fire guard. Just another Temu outlet don’t waste your money

Ordered 2 torches in November 2024, still not received as at 24 January 2025. They have lied to me via email and their so called ‘courier’ website. Updated with en route to customer since landing in London on 29-11-24. An absolute fraud company. I do wish I had checked trust pilot before I ordered. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE THIEVES

I bought 2 bras from Lumivara. Tried to return them for a full refund as they are cheaply made and are too big even although I ordered my correct size. I did not know that this company is based outwith UK! Items to be returned to China which would cost more than I paid. I was offered £2 compensation. I have been emailing the company back and forward for a full refund second compensation offer £4 which I have not accepted! Absolutely disgusted and definitely would advise anyone not to buy from them.

Dreadful company.
I purchased two magnetic bookmarks as gifts. One was badly scratched and had broken stitching, the other was very faint. Nothing like the advertising samples.
Told me I would have to return at my own expense to CHINA!!
I asked for a refund of the damaged one and said I would be prepared to retain the other one, but their response ignored this and asked me to return again!
This is the first time I have been treated in this way so assume the company is not trustworthy.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
They take your money and when an item is unsuitable they refuse to let you have a refund and return the product. The product I bought was bought in good faith, and as advised by the company I sized but it was still way too small and not fit for purpose. I paid with PayPal so I’m hoping they can get the money refunded for me. 😣😣

Wish I’d read this page before I purchased the magnetic book marks. They are very poor quality, nothing like the advertised item and took an age to arrive.
I will definitely never use again.

Handheld vacuum is rubbish. Falls apart as soon as you start to use it. Wish I had checked the reviews before ordering. Would give 0 stars if I could.

I ordered two bras from this company which took ages to arrive and when they did arrive I found that they are too small.

I’ve sent a few messages to the seller asking them what I need to do to return them, but I am yet to receive a reply.

The company is not UK based so I will contact my bank on Monday to advise them of the companies conduct.

I put the right address but forgot to put the flat number so my fault. Product gone back to their logistics company. Contacted Lumivara. To be fair they have offered a partial refund.
Waiting on that now.

This is not a uk based company. Goods appear to be sent from USA. First there was an additional charge.
Then the product, a handheld Vacuum cleaner, £21, was not good enough to pick up fluff !
I want a refund and all I get back is a tracking number and then a £2 offer.
I am still awaiting their refund......

Waiting for 6 weeks for cat scratch protectors . Never arrived continuously told on the way . Disgraceful

Wish I had checked reviews before purchasing from this company.
Purchased an item of clothing which was supposed to fit UK 16 - 18 but it doesnt even fit a size 10 teenage girl.
When I contacted customer service they said they sent the right size and not interested in me returning it so I would have to keep it

Absolutely disgusting service. I have paid almost £50.00 for 3 bras that were advertised on facebook. They looked great, but over a month later they haven't arrived. I didnt realise that the company were not UK based! If I had noticed I wouldn't have ordered.
from them I have contacted their customer services department on several occasions and haven't received a reply. Also the tracking system appears to be fake. My parcel has allegedly been in the UK in transit for 5 days, however it hasn't arrived. I suspect it never will. I feel disappointed that I ordered this product from facebook. I will never order from a facebook site again.😡

I wanted to cancel my order immediately but they ignored my request, took my money and sent the products, which were completely useless as expected. I have tried many times to request a refund and return the items but they never respond except to say ‘be patient we will get back to you in 24 hours…total scam company!!!!

Purchased 2 leather magnetic page keepers. Looked nothing like the product advertised and would not even discuss quality of product. Please do not deal with this company.

2 weeks delivery from China, poor quality of the product. Not worth the price. I do not recommend it.

Item sent was four sizes too small and they have offered me a maximum refund of £6 for my £25 item 🤬 I am furious ! The order was - I thought- from a company in the UK - but it took forever to be ‘shipped’ from USA ! My argument is pending and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy from them !!!

As per other reviews, will not recommend buying it from this company: presented as a UK company but shipped items from US which took a long time. The dash mobile phone mount covered in dust and with scratches, looked more like a used item instead of a brand-new item. Contacted them with the photo evidence and the order number, they initially said they couldn’t find my order. Now with the screen shot of the email order confirmation, waiting for their reply. Not a good customer experience so far.
