I ordered the same product twice from Lumories, and both times it arrived defective. I’ve wasted time waiting for an item I really needed, and I’ve also had to make extra trips to return it. The whole experience has been frustrating and shows a lack of quality control and customer convenience.

I bought 2 lamps .În the description it was not mentioned the diameter wich was 41 cm, it was too big, so i decided to return one of them. If you live în Romania, the return process is a nightmare. No one answers the Phone, only mails , long waiting time. I was sent with a very big package to a parcel Shop outside the Town, far away insted of organizing a parcel pick-up by Carrier from my home.

Würde nicht nochmal dort kaufen. Das Design sieht immer hübsch aus online, aber die Qualität ist ziemlich mittelprächtig, zumal für den Preis. Lampenschirme aus so dünnem, schlechtem Glas, dass sie schon einen Sprung kriegen, wenn man sie anbringt... nee.

Refusing to give my money back after I canceled an order because they kept pushing the delivery back for months and months. I'll contact the German Customer protection agency and possibly even open a case against them.

Am facut o comanda pe 30.11.2024 pe lumories.ro si mi s-a transmis ca termenul de livrare este 8-12 zile. Ieri am primit email ca s-a prelungit livrarea pe 25.02.2025.
Imi pare rau ca am comandat de la acesta firma.
Nu au nr de telefon si nu raspund la reclamatii si formularele trimise

I recently placed an order on November 8 with order number LPRO314636. While I was initially promised a 7-day delivery, I have experienced significant delays and poor customer service.

Despite multiple follow-ups, I received conflicting and unclear information about the status of my order. Additionally, I was asked to coordinate the delivery with the courier service, which is not my responsibility as a customer.

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of transparency and professionalism. I hope you can take steps to improve your customer service and delivery processes.

they don't have a phone number to call them, the delivery is delayed for who knows how much more time, they don't reply to your emails. to me the site is a scam. DON'T SPEND YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THIS GARBAGE DUMP!!!

We waited two months for 3 lights, but on the day of their delivery we got an email saying that we would have to wait another month. That's over, I don't want to thank you!

I ordered a lamp from the site. The shipment was not assembled correctly and the top part of the lamp was missing. I also didn't like the stand they sent me. I filed a complaint on their website to get a refund. I am waiting for a solution to the problem and will write again.

delivery time is longer than advertised and communication has also space for improvement (only one email was sent which was almost unreadable when asked where the package is)

The offer is wide and you can choose from a lot of different goods. The fact that the information to the delivery company does not contain your phone number and that for the delivery is delayed is kind of system weakness of svetla24.

Všechno bylo v naprostém pořádku. Lampa je nádherná a zútulňuje pokoj. Navíc je praktická diky čtecí lampicce. Svítí přesně, jak má.

Eshop did not provide my email and telephone number to delivery company. I had no idea which date or time my parcel will be delivered. I had to call to DPD and ask for help.
