I ordered 4 weeks ago and havent got the starter kit. This seems to be scam and no one answers my emails. Avoid at all cost.

I placed an order 3 weeks ago and it has not been sent. I have emailed multiple times and have not got a response.

Absolutely great lashes always getting compliments I’ve been using them since the company started have never had any issue there easy to use and last for at least 10 days if applied properly. great tutorial videos on site and great support if needed I would definitely recommend them and do so whenever I’m asked.

I still do not have my order despite contacting Luna 3 times & being told that it was coming. I will never buy anything again from this company & will be making sure I tell everyone I can to avoid using them

I repeatedly contacted Luna Lash to say I never received my order and I received no acknowledgement or response

Hi i have placed an order 27th of aug while i was abroad so when i come London i can pick it up, i still dont have my order and i will be leaving soon i wanted them for an event as i love this brand and i always order of you guys im quite disappointed to be honest, ive emailed around 4 times and no one got back to me. I do need to know whats going on and when i will receive them just so i can buy from else where if i dont get them by end of this week. Please do let me know i really want them for this coming up event. Thanks for your help

Very quick delivery and good customer service

Ordered glue on the 27th June, it is currently the 20th July and it has still not arrived so I've had to shop with another semi perm lash brand.

Lovely lashes but came off after wearing for one evening

Very happy with my lashes (DIY Volume), they look and feel like salon quality.

Great Product especially if your looking for a cheaper alternative to individuals lashes. Didn't give full stars because not 100% sure about the glue and I've reapplied 2 sections already. That being said I will probably stick with these and get individuals on special occasions.

By far the best customer service experience, I have ever received. I ordered the starter kit, when it came it was missing the eyelashes, I used the messenger chat on their website and they replied straight away and were very apologetic, they sorted out next day delivery for the eyelashes and refunded part of my order due to the inconvenience, the team are brilliant! I normally get individual eyelashes and thought I’d give luna lash a go, Eyelashes look fab on doesn’t feel like I have anything there and received loads of compliments. Thank you so much will deffo be using Luna Lash from now on xx

Love the concept but sadly im struggling to apply the lashes

Absolutely stunning lash products that come with ultra volume mink individuals. These lashes are revolutionary & I have found that I will be only using them for future lash extension purposes!
The packaging is quality prestige as it comes boxed with a gift. I will be re-using these lashes after soaking them in water to remove residue.

The best lashes I have worn I am on day 6 and they still look incredible 👏🏻 I think I prefer these i individual extensions it’s so much cheaper, quicker and easier love it!

The best lashes! They last so well and even waterproof 😍 so easy to apply, I’m so happy with them.
