Lunara Comfort Avis 

I bought these and they fit, but after they were washed, the pads twisted and shifted. I ask about returns and money back, but was told no since I washed them! How was I to know the pads would shift and twist; therefore it is false to say they have a 60 day guarantee. Was I supposed to look at them and not wear/wash them??!! This was an expensive lesson I hope nobody falls first again!

Ordered off size chart and recommendations. Size was not true. Contacted customer service and they got back to me in a timely fashion sending out a replacement without having to return the old products. Customer service very very satisfied.

The product arrived well packed. I realized that I had ordered the wrong size and emailed the company. They were very quick to arrange for a free exchange. They are very communicative and committed to making sure that their customers are happy with their purchase.

They do not refund your money. They make you buy a larger size shirt, and if that doesn’t work, too bad. I had breast cancer, lymph node cancer, so these would not work for me. I never received my money back. They do not honor their return policy.

I followed the sizing guide and ordered 2, to get the discounted price. I wore one and the bra part rode up on my breast. I contacted customer service. They will not take back a worn bra, ok, I get it. But they refused to take back the second tank bra, which was never worn. Since I ordered 2 at the same time, they would not take back the second one! 60 day refund, NO!

Hello, Just want to let you know I thought I had a problem with this company Lunara comfort and I was afraid that it was a scam company. But they proved me wrong. Thank goodness. I received my order of six Tops ( which I loved the material). But it did not fit. I was disappointed. But I reached out to them. It took a while but I did received answer from customer service. Needless to say I was very happy to hear from them. So far I've had good service. Thank You

I have ordered twice from this company - first, 4 for me and, second, 2 for a friend. When my orders arrived, I realized that the size was wrong and I emailed the company (for both separate orders). They responded within 1 day and replaced my items with no questions asked and told me to keep my original orders and donate or gift them!! Very happy. The quality of the tanks are amazing.

I had ordered some products and had ordered them n the wrong size, when the goods came they were too small. I contacted them by email and a pleased to say they were very helpful, told me that they would sort the size and send me the right sized product absolutely free. Very happy and will order again.

I ordered XL but received S. I emailed and asked to get an exchange and they are now sending me a new order of the XL free. Fantastic customer service. I will be ordering from them again for sure! Very happy with the quality of the product as well.

The product does not fit correctly and the cups are not attached as advertised. I tried to return but was only offered replacements, not living up to their 60 day satisfaction guarantee.

The ones I ordered were too big, so I immediately asked could I exchange them for a smaller size. The response was instant and they dispatched them the same day! No charge! Excellent service.

Ordered 2 pillows, received an email to say order confirmed. Items arrived around 8 days later. Unfortunately, these are no good for anyone built bigger than a child. They as so low your neck has gone from an upward position to a downward one. Definitely need to be at least 3 inches thicker to keep your neck in a horizontal position. Waste of £60 in my opinion

This was a great experience. Though the items took a while to get to me, what happened after was great. I ordered 4 bras - large- according to their sizing. They were too big and I asked to return them. Instead of just returning them, they said I could keep them (I will donate this high quality item) and they will send a replacement. So good to know they responded and I will get what I want.

The advertising for this item described it as having the cups sewn in and that it was hemmed at the bottom to help prevent it riding up. Neither were true.
Consequently the cups screw up during washing and don't retain their shape and the hem does ride up and bunch above the waist.
The parcel arrived quite quickly considering it was posted directly from China. arrived directly from China.
They were more expensive than identical items from another company which was similarly did not have the padded bra stitched in and was not hemmed either.

I cannot fault my experience with this company so far. I ordered 2 of the tank tops in my usual size. When I tried them on they were too small. I emailed the company and received a reply very quickly offering to send me replacements in a larger size free of charge and no need for me to return the ones I had. Many Thanks.

They were very helpful and replaced my garment without any problem.

Bought 4 tanks from this company. Really looked forward to receiving them. Was disappointed when they arrived, did not fit smoothly across the top band or at the front of the underarms. Emailed to express my disappointment and asked for a label to return them and to get a refund.

There have not had the decency to reply. Buyer beware if you are considering buying from them. although I would think twice and then twice again

These are very poor quality and fit and I was refused a refund because that is "outside their refund policy". They offered a 25% refund and "keep or donate" the product. Don't buy from these scammers.

Lunara Comfort sent me my order and it was way too small...I wrote them and asked them where to send it back. They got right back to me and said for me to keep it and that they would replace it. They continued to ask my size. So I did send back my size and I heard right back from them telling me that it is being processed and when it is ready to ship, they would let me know. The product is really made nice and I cannot wait to get my correct size. I would order from them again. I gave them a 5 star review.

Do not trust this company. The sizing of their tank tops is really small. I contacted them to initiate a return, but my email was ignored. As I had found them on Facebook I thought they were perhaps a fake company so I chalked it up to experience. 3 months later I started to be deluged with promotional emails from them. So I responded and tried again with the return only to be told I was now outside the 60 day return window- despite sending them a copy of my original email. The promotional emails keep coming.
