The shopping experience was a breeze. I love all the nice stylish selections with reasonable prices. I will update my review once the products are received.

My order still is not complete so the rating could go up or down. I spent a lot of time looking for an out fit that was fitting for this concert. Then I found this site that seemed to have exactly what I was looking at a reasonable price. However, I didn’t realize it was coming from China. It says on the site that the company is in NY. It doesn’t say anything about shipping taking longer than normal vendors yet at checkout they charged $20 for shipping. I was informed I was most likely scammed. A week later, I tried to cancel my order but it still said waiting for shipment. Coincidentally, the very next day I received an email back saying it’s already shipped and the item must be received and sent back for a refund to be possible. That was a week ago and tracking says it’s been shipped but it’s still in China. I ordered it October 12th and my event is in two days (25th) and it hasn’t even left China. I got a back up outfit that I’m not thrilled to wear but it was such short notice. The other red flag is there is no contact phone number which is odd considering they have a ny address. It’s misleading. If shipping takes this long then they should send it out the very next day. I just hope the product is as nice as it is pictured on the website because I know they will not refund the $20 shipping.

So I just received my order, that’s almost a month after I ordered it. Well after the even I needed it for, then when I received it it was not even a close knock off. The material was some cheap material to which I can only describe as material used in a wind breaker or a tent. It’s supposed to flow in the sleeves they have cuffs! I wish I could insert a picture. There was always the fear that I got scammed but I was hopeful. Even the earrings I ordered were not an accurate depiction of what I ordered. I hope you read this and understand that whatever you ordered or what you are thinking about ordering is not going to be what is sent to you. I only wished I read the reviews beforehand. If I could give it a zero stars I would.

Worst company ever! My order finally arrived and the quality was down right horrendous!!! On top of that the dresses looked nothing like what was advertised. I reached out to them for a refund and they kept asking me for pictures of what I received. I sent them pictures. They said they couldn’t open it. I responded with “you don’t need pictures, youknow what you sent me”
Products looks nothing like what was advertised, it’s false advertising!! Still no refund and they are not communicating. I highly recommend no one ever buy from this company.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! My dress came it was totally different than in the picture. The material was horrible. I had trouble reaching out to them as they ignored my emails and delayed. My refund which was short about $20-$30. I repeat do not use this company the customer service is horrific!!

Awful! Do NOT order. On day 8 with still no update on shipping I emailed 2x to request the order be cancelled as I didn’t need the items anymore. They ignored me proceeded to ship anyway. (EVENTUALLY) Have requested to return which is the only way to return items and they have still not responded. The items were ordered 20 days ago and still have no idea when or if they will even arrive.

It took over a month to receive my item. When I received my order it was not the correct item. They would not refund me any of the shipping and I have to pay to ship it back. Awful customer service!!!!

I just ordered my item today! The order process was great and easy. I can not really say much more until my merchandise arrives

Your website entails attractive clothing, as well as, accessories that one doesn't encounter often, with the exception of high end boutiques. The photos of the merchandise is vivid and clearly represented. The best thing is that the prices are reasonable given the narrative in today's landscape. When the order arrives, expecting to be as satisfied as the reviews.

Do not order from this company. This is a scam. They do not respond to any emails.

Do not use this website at all! I never received an email confirmation and when I received my dresses, they were nothing as pictured. I tried to contact them and every verification code it said was invalid. Please do not waste your time or money.

I would give 0 stars if possible. When I ordered the item, I never received a confirmation email. I emailed them twice through the company website and never received a reply. My order arrived late AND was the completely wrong item. I plan on contacting my bank for a refund.

No communication whatsoever about order. When I received the order, I was shocked because it did have good reviews, but the outfits looked like a halloween costume. They were sooooo cheaply made it was almost funny. I reached out for a return and refund. They offered me an exchange or a store credit. I told them I didn't want either, that I wanted a full refund of both of the outfits, and then never have heard back from then.

I never received a confirmation email stating when my items were being shipped.

After ordering, I never received an email with the confirmation order number or tracking number, the only time I saw it and order number is when I place the purchase, through the years of my experience, ordering things online you supposed to get an email within a minute. Never received one and it's been way over 13 hours. I even sent y'all an email, no response.

The store is nice, I made a purchase but I didn’t receive an email with my order number, and I find that somewhat negative.
