Just completed the sale of my static to Luna. The process from start to finish was very easy, Luna kept me up to date all along and were very accommodating to my time scale. Absolutely excellent service all the way and a special thanks to Maxine for her excellent service. I have no hesitation in recommending Luna.

We have very recently sold our 20 year old static to Luna Statics Ltd. All my dealings with this company (Maxine) has been extremely professional, competent, timely, efficient and completed in a friendly manner. Very pleased that a stressful and sad situation for us was handled so well. I would unreservedly recommend this company for your static caravan dealings.

My Nan was in a really sticky predicament, and I tried to help her the best way I could. I wasn’t really getting anywhere until Luna statics contacted me. At first I was weary, as everyone is. But I’m so glad they came to me, because they’ve helped massively! Everything on their side of things ran smoothly, and with their help we got a sale on the caravan. The sale of my caravan is now complete with van now having left site and transported to new destination.
Remaining monies transferred across to my account as promised. What i thought was going to be a drama was all made easy with Steve and Maxine at Luna Statics. Nice people nothing to much trouble.

I rang Luna Statics for some advice. Sadly my husband died unexpectedly and I want to sell our caravan. I have yet to instruct Luna (but I will shortly) but I just wanted to record my thanks to them for their understanding, suggestions and, above all, their patience with the many questions I had.

Can not fault the service, definitely 10/10. Helpful with getting things sorted, even when site was messing about. Steve still went the extra to help get things sorted.

Very happy selling to Luna @ Steve and Maxine who were helpful with their advice and purchase price. Sometimes you don't mind being out of pocket when the customer service you receive is professional with no agenda. Other businesses were impolite and had you against the wall. Lunas first offer met the going rate with no haggling just negotiation which we all do. I would confidently recommend Luna if u have a van to sell .... no brainer!

this was my my first time buying a caravan so i didnt have a clue what i was talking about. steve pointed my in the right direction and gave me more information than i could have wished for.

Steve and the team gave me and my wife a fantastic service selling our Static Caravan. Luna payed us a very fair price and took all the hassle out of the sale being agreeing everything with the Caravan site, paying any fees and communicating with us regularly. Once a date for collection was agreed final payment was made for the caravan sale. A very smooth transfer and transaction.
