Quick and friendly customer service responses to all my questions. The product checks all the boxes of its promises. I'm still getting used to it. I find it rather heavy to move around and awkward to have to lift it from the middle when doing so. It does a fabulous job of cleaning and it never falls over or is top heavy like my prior brand. I think I may need to order another filter so there is always one available when the other is still drying,. It rare to have an instruction booklet at all, much less one that is so well done as this one! I would suggest a few more words to add to the pictures and arrows.

Easy to use website to order spare parts. Only complaint is p&p was charged whilst most companies do not charge over a certain amount ie. £50.

This little vacuum is awesome! I can clean my 1300sf home with one battery, running beaters on low on my hardwood floors and high as needed on area rugs. My order was processed quickly and delivery was prompt—faster than Amazon. There was a little learning curve to the difference in how to maneuver it on rugs vs. my canister vac, but it cleans so much better. It cleans my hardwoods better than a dust mop too, leaving them barefoot walkable. I am very impressed and will recommend it to all of my friends!

customer service was helpful with links. Im not sure if I am 100% sold yet. I had to sit and disassemble within the first week of use to “clear” out the front. Seems like a lot of $$$ to have to already do this with a brand new machine.

Recent purchase. Performs much better than my Miele canister vacuum. Great design, functionality and power. Did my research on cordless vacuums and third party reviews. All rated Lope above the competition. They were right! Love it so far.

Both the vacuum and the support people are excellent. I purchased this unit for my daughter. She said that it really cleans well, but unfortunately is too heavy for her to use, and she isn't weak by any means (she lifts/carries heavy photo equipment as part of her job). So despite how well it works, we need to return it. The return team also was very responsive, and I appreciate that immensely. Customer support is wonderful!

We were set on another stick vacuum after our last one broke, but after watching reviews came across the Lupe. The benefits of this vacuum over Dyson et. al are numerous and obvious once you think about it... It stands upright on its own. There isn't a bunch of weight at the top and therefore using the little attachments isn't so much of a forearm workout. Its suction rivals the most expensive vacuums on the market and it costs less. It's built to be repaired easily and replacement parts are readily available, which is a big improvement over the last 3 vacuums that we were forced to throw away when something broke. That made it a good investment.
Through using it, we discovered that it's also very easy to clean out the bin - it opens up widely. The bin is huge. Morphing it into a portable handheld with wand is super useful and well designed. And it cleans more junk out of our carpets than I thought possible. Very satisfying.
The only thing I don't like is that there's no suction at the leading edge, so it's harder to pick up crumbs nestled in a corner. However, that's a small price to pay for so much awesomeness.

Great great great! In a world of really bad customer service- LUPE is the best! It made me feel confident I purchased the right vacuum! One call- one tiny problem and I had a brand new part in two days no questions asked! Awesome!

It seems this sweeper is all you said it would be I am very surprised it is doing as it seems so far I have only used it once but I am and was very pleased. Well now I have a question do you have to leave the battery plugged in all the time? I CHARGED AND THEN UNPLUG IT AND IT ONLY RAIN ABOUT 15 MINUTES how MUCH ARE YOUR BATTERIES ALSO?? AND WHAT GOOD WOULD ANOTHER BATTERY DO ME

Swift delivery. There was a minor shipping error due to a logistics mistake, but Lupe were extremely quick to repond to me and sorted the problem immediately. I am also *seriously* impressed with the vacuum - it's horrifying to see how much dirt it is extracting considering they had just been cleaned with our old, quite good, corded vacuum.

Love this vacuum! It's very powerful for such a little thing and does great work on my hardwood floors picking up crumbs and pet hair. It's easily adjustable to use the attachments. I bought an extra battery pack so I can continue when the battery runs low and I'm not yet done.

I'm pretty happy with it, they have literally thought of everything! Five stars for being one of the most powerful vacuums on the market.

I would give it 10 stars for having replacable parts, and 20 stars for having easily replacable parts.

I recently had spine surgery with six week restrictions meaning my husband had to pick up the slack. His first day of vacuuming he told me he hated the canister type and was buying a new vacuum. I selected several from online. He chose Lupe and absolutely loves it! We have two Dalmatians which shed notoriously non stop. Lupe picks it all up without hesitation. I have had stick vacuums previously but nothing like the Lupe and a battery that lasts an hour. Delivery was fast. Vacuum easy to put together and use. What more could you ask for? My husband definitely gives it a thumbs up with ten ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️
