I actually enjoyed using it and the web platform is easy to get into and doesn’t feel overwhelming. My account manager took the time to explain things properly, which made a big difference for me. Overall a good experience, just a few small things that could be improved.
The best trading platform so far. Daniel was very helpful and really helped me understand what trading commodities actually means. The withdrawal process is quick and easy. The only downside is that withdrawals are done only in crypto, but overall a great experience.
LuStock is an excellent choise for nobies and experienced trader alike, I'd done some trading with a few other broker that are in the market, but the trading dynamics here provide for a considerably greater potential gains. Also, the AI robot is there for your use if you want it !

I'd say that their customer service is great and that their withdrawal process is easy and quick. I think they just need to update their learning center and offer different trading chart themes.

I like how the platform has so much information and tools. With all of this information at your fingertips, it's like having your own trading mentor! But there is one thing I wish would change: I hope that PayPal would be added as a way to pay and that users would be able to choose from different languages. I would also like to see more video training.

They could have spent more in customer service, I attempted to contact them today and a few days ago and I received the same massage " Because of a high number of calls, your waiting time is 10 minutes "
