Luther Melbourne have terrible customer service, they say on their website if we have any issues to reach out. However after 3 emails they still haven't replied and have given me no update on the whereabouts of my item. Disappointing as I really looking forward to trying out this brand and now I wont ever be recommending it.

Great oversized fits
Great oversized fits. Lengthy enough they don't ride up but not so long they look like a dress. Excellent quality and very little shrinkage in wash :)

The most uncomfortable hoodie I have ever worn.
I should have done some more research before purchasing, but I was not expecting a quality Melbourne brand to produce hoodies that feel like stiff cardboard. The cut is also strange and cropped. The design is nice but the fabric is terrible and provides no warmth or comfort at all.
