The level of stock and poor communication.

DISAPPOINTED, DO NOT ORDER FROM LUVO - I ordered the Luvo Arch Edge Vanity Mirror on 16 December 2025 for a Christmas present to my daughter as it confirmed it was in stock, it will be delivered within 7 days and because it is an Australian online store. I had to follow up on 23 December as I received no tracking order number but received a no reply to my email. I emailed again on 27 December, and they replied apologising for the delay, they have recently expanded their customer care team to serve better and advised the Arch Edge Vanity Mirror is on backorder due to a data error from their third-party warehouse — they were not notified it was out of stock until recently. Further they advised, the next batch is expected at the end of February 2026, and they gave me options - 1. Wait for end of February shipment + they will send me a FREE Beauty Ring Light Duo (worth $49) as their sincere apology or 2. Full refund + they will still send me the FREE Beauty Ring Light Duo. Regrettably I chose option 1. Feeling that this has taken too long - I thought to make contact early to get an indication if shipping was on track so on 5 February 2026, I had emailed (no reply), emailed again on 12 February (no reply) and today, 20 February (I have a feeling they will not reply). It is draining as there is no contact number or a store location and I am thinking that I will never receive a fully paid order. Taken my money but have not delivered a product!

Don’t be fooled by their reviews, they’re a scam!

I never write reviews but I will go out of my way to share my horrific experience with this shit company.

I purchased their shit quality product for $470 in January 2025, by December 2025 the socket had broken off from inside the mirror. I reached out to this company straight away, sent photos and filled out their return form as they requested. Constant follow ups to have a response from them saying they’ll compensate me $75 and I can keep the mirror, I declined because the only reason why I purchase this specific mirror was because it had the power sockets and now that function had broken, I requested a refund/replacement, several weeks later they finally respond and agree to a refund, I am yet STILL waiting and no one has responded to any of my emails.

I purchased my mirror in January 2025…

I purchased my mirror in January 2025 and emailed Luvo December 2025 as the socket on the side of the mirror just broke off. Highly disappointed not only with the quality but the customer service is even worse. They offered $75 as compensation if I wish to keep the mirror, I declined and requested a replacement or a refund, to which they agreed to do but apparently they needed to get in contact with their “IT Team” to figure out why the return label was not able to be sent to me. I’ve been chasing them up for weeks and no response. I have had an etoile mirror before which is ELITE quality, I will never purchase another product from Luvo.

Obsessed with my mirror

Got gifted this mirror and have been using it everyday since! Love the adjustable lighting and it’s the perfect size for my room, it’s the first thing everyone compliments ;)

I had a positive experience with Luvo’s customer service. I reached out with a question regarding my first purchase, and the team responded promptly and professionally.

They were transparent, helpful, and very polite throughout our communication, making the process easy and reassuring. It’s great to see a company that values customer feedback and takes the time to assist before a purchase is even made.

Cancellation & Refund Request

I had made a big order from Luvo and had changed my mind and requested a cancellation and refund. The team got back to me within 24 hours and I received my refund within 2-3 business days. I was so pleased with this and there were no complications, and especially during Christmas season; they handled my request with ease and professionalism. Thank you so much Luvo! Hopefully I can successfully go through with a purchase next time around.

Great resolution and fix to my problem

I contacted luvo store about buying a vanity mirror for my girlfriend and the customer service helped pick the mirror and then when i got it i was frustrated to see that the diamonds were damaged so i contacted the customer service and then they sent me new diamonds that they had on stock and ready. I did get spares in my order, but they were helpful for fixing the issue immediately

I’ve contacted Luvo Store

I’ve contacted Luvo Store, I inquired about the availability of spare pins to hold the small diamond shape in place, but I was dissapointed to learn that the product was no longer under warranty and that spare pins were not available. Given the significant amount of money I had invested in my bathroom mirrors, I was expecting a higher level of customer service, particularly with regards to after sales support. Unfortunately my experience has led me to decide that I will not be making any future purchases from Luvo Store.Customer service doesnt want to know you after product just one month out of warranty. Will not recommend this site.

Happy to take your money with no order delivered

I didn’t even want to give one star. Luvo store would have to be the most incompetent customer service I have ever experienced.
Happy to take my money and confirm that
my order was processed and on its way only to find out 18 days later that my parcel was lost in transit & they don’t have stock of the mirror I ordered. I honestly believe that they never had enough stock in the first place. It is absolutely atrocious that they take up to 5 working days to respond to any emails. If that is the case, Luvo clearly need to employ more people in their business. In addition to all of this, they also confirmed that I should have responded to a scam email allegedly sent from Australia Post but was actually from the Phillipines telling me that my parcel would be disposed of if I didn't update my postal code with Australia Post. I would strongly urge people not to order from Luvo and risk going through the same experience I have. They are corrupt & should not be allowed to operate a business.

I loved my LUVO mirror until it stopped working!

I loved my LUVO mirror until it stopped working. There is no customer service number to call so I emailed the company. No reply. I emailed again - this time I received an email telling me that they cannot help me & they suggested I find myself an electrician to help. Being a Melbourne customer - they could not offer any electricians to help. So currently I have a large LUVO mirror that does not turn on. Jodee

I just ordered a couple brush holders at first, soon as they arrived I was obsessed! So I went straight back to order loads more. The products are beautiful and such fantastic quality! Would 100% recommend!

Fantastic Makeup Stool

I love the Liyana white stool from Luvo for my vanity. It goes perfectly with my little makeup vanity setup and gives it a nice luxe feel. The stool is the perfect height, nice and light and fantastic value. Would highly recommend Luvo.
