Had a great experience! Communication was great & there was no hassle all through the trip!

I felt right at ease with luxe tribe. The trip was smooth sailing. All I had to focus on was my enjoyment.

Me and my friend traveled with Luxe last year for a birthday trip. Our first international trip outside the Caribbean. We went to Thailand and had an absolute blast. So we decided to use them again this year!
This year we traveled to Brazil. Now was it the best trip? No. But that is through no fault of Luxe Tribes. I did experience beggars who would get in your personal space even after being told no. But hey, again, this is through no fault of luxe tribes..
so let’s get to the company and my AMAZING trip curator Gabe.
We land, get our bags and find our ride. Make it to the hotel and make our way to our room once it is check in time. We requested a room with 2 beds but when we open the door, we are met with 1 bed. I immediately reach out to Gabe. Waited 2 minutes and decided I’d go downstairs to handle it myself. But lo and behold, the man behind the front desk is already on the phone, speaking to Gabe ! Gabe then reached out to me and explained he was on the phone with them and the issue would be rectified. The same thing the man had told me. What a wonderful feeling! To have an issue expressed and solved so quickly and I didn’t have to do a thing!
Some highlights of our trip included seeing Christ the redeemer, one of the 7 wonders of the new world! We saw sugar loaf mountain, ate at a Michelin star restaurant, had an amazing cooking class with an amazing instructor (Ana) who took us to a little shop that had the most amazing wine!! We saw amazing art work, toured little Africa, and had an amazing lunch while there!
Since we’ve traveled with Luxe before we know they love to fill their itineraries so you can do everything in the amount of time you have available. We expressed that we wanted more free time on this trip. And we got it. Mainly our mornings were packed but evenings and night time were ours. And our last day was free of all activities! That was great! A great wind down to our trip and gave us plenty of time to pack.
Gabe was responsive the whole trip. Checked on us every day, went over the itinerary every day, and insured we had no issues that were within his control. I would like to note that we used Gabe for our Thailand trip as well and every wonderful thing I have to say about him this year, rings true for last year as well.
I plan to use Luxe Tribes in the future and will continue to recommend their services.

I recently attended a trip to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, to celebrate my friend’s 30th birthday, and the experience truly exceeded my expectations. We traveled as a group of 12, and everything from start to finish was extremely well organized.
The accommodations were amazing: comfortable, clean, and ideal for group travel. This was my first time visiting the Dominican Republic, and I felt well taken care of throughout the entire trip. The meals were fresh, thoughtfully prepared, and delicious, which added so much to the overall experience.
Our tour guide was very knowledgeable, sharing great insight about the area and culture. One of the highlights of the trip was a yacht/boat excursion to a nearby island, which was absolutely beautiful and unforgettable.
I traveled from Washington, DC, and as a full-time visual artist, I also hosted a painting workshop for our group at the accommodations, which made the trip even more special and creative. Overall, this was a seamless, memorable, and well-curated experience. I would highly recommend it to anyone planning a group trip or celebration.

The itinerary created for my trips are amazing ensuring that get to experience the highlights of each place I visit. Love the transport service and also the flexibility to change my itinerary schedule if needed. Luxe Tribes is perfect for those who just want to show up and enjoy the experience without having to plan out every detail of the trip.

🤔 Is Luxe Still a Luxury Travel Company?

I am currently on a Luxe trip in South Africa (day three), and the experience does not align with what Luxe markets—or charges—as luxury. At this point, the only thing that feels premium is the price.

Airport transportation required manual coordination, leaving some guests waiting despite Luxe’s promises of “seamless arrivals” and “premium transportation.” The vehicle provided is an older-model luxury van with a malfunctioning sound system now being run through my personal phone, complete with popping, hissing, and random cutouts.

Basic planning gaps have continued. Despite Luxe’s claims of “thoughtful, anticipatory service,” essentials like water were not available during excursions due to lack of preparation.

Most concerning is New Year’s Eve. Our group paid a premium price, which is expected at this time of year. What is not expected is an unusually informal plan: no reserved table (we will be standing) and what was sold as a full meal reduced to hors d’oeuvres. For a luxury experience marketed heavily toward women, this is especially disappointing, as many will not even be able to wear the outfits they planned. That fundamentally changes the experience.

My partner previously traveled with Luxe and had an excellent experience. Something has clearly changed, and the decline in execution is hard to ignore.

I felt right at home. The staff of Luxe Tribes and Sweet Days Villa were very accommodating. Communication with our agent, Priscilla was spot on!! The food our chef Sandra prepared was impeccably presented and delicious. Our driver Jaya(sp?) was very attentive and flexible. Nanda, the photographer is an artist!! I am already planning my next trip with Luxe Tribes.

Went to Marrakech for a girls’ trip through Luxe Tribes and it was a once in a lifetime trip! When weather cause our plans to change, we were able to rearrange activities seamlessly. When I needed to reach out, I was able to get my question resolved by Elizabeth and Chidi

10/10 experience….there wasn’t a point where I was wondering where my money went. This was my first time using a travel agency and I was not disappointed at all.
Me and my sisters worked with the trip planner Gabriel and truly I hope that we get to work with him again for our next trip! Gabriel was an absolute gem! Super responsive, organizer, kind, and invested in making sure that we had the best experience possible! Gabriel has absolutely set the bar high and I believe that every trip planner that works with this company should look to him as an example for what an amazing customer experience looks like. Nothing short of amazing and I’m so grateful we got him as our planner! Gabriel is playing a huge role in why we will absolutely be using Luxe Tribes again. The Luxe Tribes staff curated a trip that combined culture, exploration, leisure, and many unforgettable experiences! I worked with the team to plan my travel just a couple of months before my departure date, and we created a phenomenal itinerary based on just a few suggestions that I provided. I wanted to enjoy so many things while on a solo trip to Mexico City for my birthday and I did just that thanks to their amazing team. They (Eben and Prescilla) also checked in with me frequently throughout the trip to ensure that I was truly having a great experience. I highly recommend this travel group, as this is my 3rd trip with them, and I know that I will absolutely be traveling with Luxe Tribes again in the future! I just returned home and am already looking forward to my next LT getaway. Go ahead and book that trip!

My sisters and I recently traveled to Thailand to celebrate one of our birthdays. Using Luxe Tribes to coordinate this trip was the best decision! Gabriel, our designated travel agent was absolutely amazing. The communication, customer service, experiences provided & execution was outstanding. This trip to Southeast Asia was life changing. From the people and the food, to our tour guides and accommodations, everything was a beautiful experience. Luxe Tribes planned everything in a way that we didn’t have to want for anything. I definitely plan to use Luxe Tribes in the future & hopefully I’ll be lucky enough to have Gabriel as our travel coordinator again.

I recently took a trip to Bali with my mother (Nov 28 to Dec 3) and it was a wonderful experience. Our driver, Wijaya, was always on time to pick us up and was so helpful with whatever we needed. The villa we stayed in was beautiful and well maintained. My mother got sick towards the end of the trip and they had an on call doctor out to the villa the same day. I felt as though communication was a little off during the first day or so with our Luxe Tribe representative and the onsite staff, but things got sorted out in a timely manner and there were no further issues. All in all it was a wonderful trip and Luxe Tribes did a marvelous job!

I’m a repeat traveler with Luxe tribes, but I typically do private trips with them. I went on a group trip with them for the first time and THEY DID NOT DISAPPOINT! Astrid our guide was such a beautiful soul and incredibly attentive making sure we were all safe and well taken care of. I came back with beautiful memories and new travel besties. I can’t wait to book another group trip with Luxe Tribes. At this point I’m hoping they eventually create a reward system for repeat customers.

I’ve gone on multiple group trips with Luxe Tribes but this was my first time doing a private trip. We chose to do the 13 day Thailand Experience and it was absolutely amazing. We picked their trip itinerary and were able to modify it to what we wanted to do and more of our interests.

Elizabeth from LuxeTribes organised a Marrakech girls trip for the 4 of us from 8-17 November. From the moment we were picked up at the Airport by Zaid until the time he took us back for departures, we were well taken care of.

I had an amazing time traveling through Greece (Athens, Mykonos, Santorini and Crete) for 10 days with my family and friends. The entire trip was super organized, fun, positive and exceeded my expectations!

A huge thanks to our wonderful host Ioanna, who took care of us with all of our accommodations, transportation, excursions, activities and much more. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about the Grecian culture, history, cuisine, language and traditions.

Our 10-day trip to Greece with Ioanna was nothing short of exceptional! Our group of about 26 visited Mykonos, Santorini, Crete, & Athens. Ionna was the definition of luxury travel done right. She was incredibly prepared, informative, and accommodating every step of the way.

One standout moment was when rain changed our beach day plans, within no time, Ionna had an alternative experience arranged that turned out even better than the original! She kept us on schedule while making sure we enjoyed every single moment. The activities were thoughtfully curated and offered a wonderful variety of experiences.

Ionna is truly a phenomenal host and an absolute professional. This trip exceeded every expectation! Your company is blessed to have her. She is a great representation of what a host should be and she delivered a travel experience that exceeded my already high expectations.

This is my second time using luxe tribe and I will say they definitely aim to please. The itinerary could have had a few more fun activities included or more recommendations on the night life, other than that I enjoyed myself and learning all the things about Ghana. The night life we did discover through the friendly people we met added a bonus for more fun!!

I have never been so pleased in my entire life. Before planning to visit Brazil, I wasn’t sure how to go about planning an experience that would be worth my time and money. A friend told me about Luxe and I decided to explore their product. That’s when I met Gabriel who was so lovely and very patient and gave a detailed breakdown of the packages and I was super impressed, but I was still a bit guarded. But wow! They outdid themselves. From the hotel they booked and the pleasant hotel staff (every single one was pleasant and helpful) to the tour guides (Clara- she was absolutely lovely. I learnt so much about Brazil and the whole South America from her & she brought such great vybes on our tours. She was vibrant, kind, helpful and went above and beyond for us. Laurisa- such a great historian. She was amazing and took such great care of us and was so interested in knowing what we wanted to know to ensure our experience was even more personal and special). Also, that surprise dinner show that Gabriel booked was the icing on the cake! I would advise anybody to use Luxe Tribes and don’t hesitate to make this travel agency theirs now and forever more! 🥰❤️🥰❤️
