Ordered Christmas presents and advised 5-7 business days. 16 days later and no delivery. I have sent emails with no response. Today I tried to chat with someone and was told I would need to pay a refundable $5.00. Why should I pay this to check on an order?I would give zero stars but did not have option.

Bought these product on belief of there marketing scam. These clippers will cut you if you’re not careful. The wide mouth on them will cut skin too below your nail. They are a safety risk. They do warn you of this but be careful. Also, these are no sharper then any other clippers you can buy. They market is as so but not true. They also claim that these clippers collect the cut nails but from my experience they don’t. Asked for a refund and have been ghosted. You been warned.

I have tried to contact Luxgrip on 3 occasions .
The last time I used their contact us form .
I lost the excellent quality nail file and have asked if / how I can purchase a replacement .

They cannot even bother to reply .

Very very poor customer care .

Placed my order on the 18th of last month. Nothing received. No reply to countless email sent to them.

Order confirmed on 24 June '25. The nail clippers have still not arrived (by 24 August '25). Have contacted the company twice at the recommended email address and have received no response.

I placed an order in November & have not received the nailclippers. Have sent them three emails, but no response from customer service. Buyer beware, this company is a RIP-OFF. Do NOT buy from them.

I had ordered the clippers when arrived the tin cases were damaged ,so I ordered another set ,I received clippers in Dented cases AGAIN ,they won't respond to my complaints, beware they are clearing damaged stock ,no contacts in UK ,bad service

These Luxigrip toenail clippers are 100% the absolute best clippers I have ever owned! Both mine and my wife's thick toenails are no match for these clippers. Be forewarned they're extremely sharp! Take your time and go slow. Toenails and skin are no problem for them. This will be the only clippers I will ever buy or own!

These are THE BEST nail clippers I have ever purchased, and I have bought many over the years. Bought a pair for my son as well, he loves them too. You can’t go wrong.

Customer service is appalling. I have emailed three times asking where the 2 free clippers had gone. Not even an acknowledgement. This was a previous offer. Buy1 gat 2 free. Great clippers badly let down by poor customer service.

Disappointing. My package (LG#82861) arrived torn in two places with a slit along one side, and empty, without my two pairs of nail clippers as ordered. Obviously the packaging was totally inadequate to withstand the journey. Despite sending three emails I’ve had no response to my request for replacement or refund.

It was all going so well. I ordered one set in the autumn last year and whilst it took a long time to arrive - when it did I was very pleased with the pair of clippers!
So I decided to order more for Christmas. Luxgrip had a promotion offer supposedly for VIP customers- buy one and get 3 free. So I ordered and paid for it and they sent me one box with 2 clippers.
I sent goodness how many emails pointing this out- and was ignored. Products good but customer service awful and beware of offers that don’t materialise!!!

The set of 2 we bought are great, so when we ordered an identical set for our son we were so disappointed to find they dont cut nails, just mash them. Since then I have emailed many times on the contact form and directly. Email not even acknowledged yet alone answered.
I just rang the number on the luxgrip uk website. Its a US number, all operatives away from their desks apparently and then my spend cap kicked in halfway through my voicemail.
Absolutely rubbish customer service.

I ordered luxgrip clippers online, thought I had ordered fingernail clippers and these may be toe nail clippers. These are sharp, they work but they are uncontrollable for toes and fingers. Have contacted luxgrip by email two or three times with NO RESPONSE. Have also called and left one or two messages. No response back fir returns. Cannot recommend this product.

I have problems with the strength in my hands and was unable to even clip my fingernails not to mention my toenails. These clippers have made it possible for me to have decent looking toes again. They are sharp and strong! Love them!

I ordered nail clippers from this company and they arrived. However, the hand nail clippers which I need are faulty. I have emailed the company twice asking for replacement but have been ignored on both occasions. The mechanism of the nail clippers will not open. As well as myself, both my sons have tried without success. My order number is 61257.

The only nail clippers that work on hard toe nails. Can't fault them or the service I've received from the company.

I ordered the nail clippers in July and paid for expedited delivery. Customer service responded once and said they would get back to me in a day or two and it never happened. The tracking is stuck on August 6 or so and today is August 29, no additional responses from Customer Service. Save your money and frustration and find another product.
