Would give 0 if it was an option. No return policy. Would not accept return as product had been opened up not used at all

Received a faulty item, emailed to get a refund and return the item, only to be told I was using it wrong. Emailed back to say I was using correctly as I was following the instructions and it definitely was not working and requested a refund and return again and had no further response.
Terrible customer service, don’t waste your money as they’ve now stolen from me and I have a faulty product

Great value. Arrived quickly and delivery communication was good. Only used once so too soon to comment on effectiveness but easy to use.

No complaints. Got my product the next day and so far loving it.

Product broke within a week. My emails were not answered. The machine developed a fault where it kept flashing without any contact. A loose wiring. Complete waste of money.

Delivery took 2 days extra then expected however this was communicated via email. The product was very good and price wise cheapest in the market. Happy with the service provided

Terrible company.
Emailed regarding return of my item wouldn’t let me return, they then mentioned about it being 2 weeks since having the product (been a busy bee forgot to attempt return) but in the policy states 30days. Had no contact since that email. Customer service is appauling.
Item didn’t even work in the end.
Waste of money. Even more of a terrible company ☺️

Awful company.
They sent the incorrect product. When I contacted them, they offered me a 10% discount. I explained that I wanted a full refund or the correct item sent.
Since then its been radio silence from them. They havent replied to any of my correspondence and now Ive been left with an item that I do not want!
Also, don't be fooled by the reviews on their site (as I suspect they are not genuine), I have left a review and it does not appear on the site.

This is a scam. The company is posing under a similar name as a reputable brand Lux Skin. I tried to cancel my order but no reply. Google Ads should really take these down!

Absolutely shocking. Ordered from the website on the 23rd of June and meant to be free next day delivery. Onto 25th of July and still haven’t received anything. Tracking said it was on its way and never updated any further. I’ve emailed 3 times and nothing. For all these 5 star reviews their customer service is shocking. Nothing short of a scam
