Trash - Luxium Crusader Watch
My Crusader watch didn't last a month before the screen started to glitch and turn off randomly. The battery might last you a day and a half. Customer service is trash. I'm not sure if it's even real people. I want a full refund and I've stated it multiple times and my last email said they're going to send me a new watch. I don't want a replacement that's going to break in a couple of days. Don't waste your money. Seems like I just did.

Happily take your order, happily take your money but send you nothing as promised. No watch, no care, no refund, no honour- DO NOT I repeat DO NOT fall for Luxiums SCAMMING BS. You will end up short in wallet and short in your temper - look elsewhere, stay informed.

Buyer beware!! If you don't like the watch, you're stuck with it. I am so unhappy with this purchase. I should have done a little more digging into this product. I bought the Luxium Stinger and now have a $150 piece of junk that I can't use.
It will only sink a few things with my phone, you can't control your phone alarms with it and you basically have to set TWO devices and can only control one at a time. If you take your watch off and go out of range (like at work) the software will wear down your phone battery trying to constantly connect, and you can't shut it off unless you unpair it.
Totally disappointed in this purchase.
Despite their claim of fast delivery and satisfaction guarantee, it took two weeks to get it and they only respond to your email and complaints with a link to "how to" on their site.

Watch is less than 18 months old and refuses to pair with the app making the watch useless! IT is a $100.00 plus piece of s....!
It took three days to reach customer service to ask about the "lifetime guarantee" which is a total lie!
After following thru with all of the requests for videos, pictures and descriptions of what is wrong...I am told the warranty will not cover my watch.
Steer clear of this company their guarantee and warranty are useless, save yourself look else where for a "smart watch"

My watch turned up, looked great, then turned on and within a couple of hours the battery drained, now the watch doesnt charge at all and Luxium wont even consider an exchange, their lifetime guarentee is BS. Its then taken a month to get 2 responses from the customer service team.
STRONG DO NOT RECOMMEND - Ill never buy a product from them again.

Firstly this watch took around 3 weeks to come.. set it up and everything not so bad.. the battery life doesnt last for 25 days as published and marketed on FB, im currently on day one and half with the same battery and i have to charge it again.. think the sites a joke with there marketing and publishing of the watch.. ive noticed my
Weather have constantly been on rain when we havent had all rain weve had some nice weather. Wouldnt recommend and regret paying the money for it.. defo stay away!!

The Luxium watch never works correctly
The Luxium watch never works correctly. First, the watch needs to be charged once a week. Second, I bought my watch 3 months ago and had some issues with the display. I contacted customer service, and they answered when they had time. After almost 10 days, I received an answer, and then I found out that the life warranty does not cover my watch. So, please do not buy this brand; it's really not good. Customer service is bad, and they do not warrant your watch at all.
Luxium Shield lasted 90 days. No Response
Purchased Luxium Shield watch May 31, 2025. Completely dead in 90 days. Horrible customer service. Email contact only which go unanswered for days.
Luxium is not what it seems
It may be indestructible and last forever—but it’s far too Chinese to ever be truly American. What a shame. My son’s friend’s iPhone connected automatically to my Luxium Stinger watch—no prompt, no protocol, no permission—just like magic.
I filed a complaint. Useless. No refund. No accountability.

Don't Bother
Unhappy with the product and angry with the customer service. As someone that uses smart watches for health reasons, the reading results are inaccurate. Even telling me that I walked for 37 hours.. WHAT? Or that slept 3 hours when I actually slept 7. Battery life? 2 days, not 30 days as advertised. I sent them screenshots and provided a detailed list of the issues. They declined to provide a refund. This is a garbage company.
Absolutely terrible product
Absolutely terrible product. The watch face screen went black after an hour of use. I couldn’t use the watch. I tried troubleshooting and resetting the watch and it didn’t work. I asked for a refund and they denied it. Ridiculous… there was not mention of a refund or possible new watch to offer in replacement for the one that broke. Do not buy this garbage!

My husband bought a watch from them back in November. It isn’t staying on even after a full charge. He contacted customer service and they asked him submit a brief explanation of the issue he was having. He emailed them a brief summary as well as video of the product not working . They responded back that this was not covered under their warranty. This company doesn’t care about their customers or the quality of their products!!!

I checked the tracking link Luxium sent me and could not find where it was. I emailed them and their agent said they couldn't track the package either. Luxium is obviously somewhat of a cowboy company that would probably be best avoided.
The watch arrived days after Christmas, and I had already purchased a replacement gift. I tried to get a refund but was told this was not covered under their 2-year guarantee.
