LUX LED Lights Avis 266

We have purchased now 4 times from this company for our boutique hotel and our home. We and our guests love these bedside and desk lamps. They have been in the hotel for 2 yrs and no problem what so ever. Same at home. We highly recommend LUX LED Lights for the home or business.
These are the best bedside and desk lights I have ever purchased.

Casey and Ty were the best. They were extremely nice and were very efficient in installing our lights. After the installation they helped us with the app and showed us some of the things it could. I would recommend them anytime.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - I took advantage of their 24 hour special buy one get one free. They subsequently sent me two order numbers and charged me twice!!!

Their contact strap line says they will respond within 60 mins - I am still waiting for a response!

The lamps are as advertised simple design with fine lines works wonderfully the dimming is magnificent! A wonderful product highly recommended

The lamp is beautiful. I was surprised it doesn’t have the three levels of light like the previous lamps we bought.

After viewing the Triangle Base for the Brooklyn Task Lamp on the LUX LED Lighting Web Site I contacted LUX Customer Service via E-Mail. I received a reply from Kristen Donnelly who was able to assist me with the item I was requesting. Kristen Donnelly was very efficient not only with her reply to my request but in checking on the cost and availability of the item. Thanks to Kristen D the item I've requested has been purchased along with the fact according to LUX LED Lighting is on it's way from the West to the East Coast.

First viewed at a Hotel, sharp appearance, great lighting. Decided to look them
up and ordered two. Very satisfied!!

Thought the shipping info said it would be delivered by 10/15/2021. Now I get a notification it won't be delivered until 10/19/21. Late Anniversary gift. :(

The first time I saw a LUX LED desk light was a couple of weeks ago when we spent the night in a Holiday Inn Express. We loved the looks, the fact that it was dimmable, and just everything about it. Late last night I put in an order for a desk light. Coupons found online were honored for a great discount, and my lamp will be here on Friday! So, the light, I'm sure, will be just like the one we saw at the motel, ordering was very easy, and shipment is prompt. It's rare I order something and it's shipped pretty much the same day! Can't wait til Friday!

One of the lights was missing the sticky protector on the bottom... as if it had been returned. I did not realize there was a screw and a sticky pad to attach the lamp to a table. The charger works great.

I needed a part for my lamp and Kirsten (customer service) was awesome, helpful, and willing to go the extra steps to make sure I obtain everything needed. And, her attention to detail on follow-up so that I ordered the right color is very much appreciated. Thank you Kirsten and to all at Lux LED Lights.
