Luméa Avis 24

Having seen their adverts on FB claiming to be an Irish manufacturer of collagen face masks I thought I’d be safe to order. I’ve just received my two boxes which don’t have any Luméa packaging as per their adverts and my confirmation email, but what I’ve received is called ‘Hoygi’ collagen night wrapping mask. Manufactured in China. Very misleading advertising. I’ve requested a refund, but looking at earlier comments it seems unlikely I’ll even get a response to my email

I ordered Lumea face mask on line , I’ve received after a couple months a product called Hoygi.
So is it a scam ? Lumea should come out and state it’s nothing to do with them , then customers will be wary of putting this near your face.

I ordered and paid for a face mask in March .. it is now 4 weeks later and I have still not received the product ... I would not recommend ordering from this company .. I did it through Instagram .. and I now realize it is a total Scam .. it is NOT an Irish company producing this product, the product comes from China ... As per dispatch notice via my email ...

Received a product with another name - Hoygi. Made in China crap. Shame on me for not looking further before buying. Do not purchase. It's a scam.

Took my money and apparently I never ordered ? Even though I have confirmation email .. nobody is replying to my emails . Total scam

Total scam. Took ages to arrive and not an Irish company. Used it and I tried to peel it off but it was impossible. Did not make my skin glowy only red from trying to get it off. Horrible product

“Irish product” what a SCAM.
Ordered my product, then somehow got charged for an extra bottle which I didn’t ask for. Tried over and over to get refund and kept being told it was too late, and that they’d “escalate” my claim. Totally BS- product arrived today- I’m not holding out hope as it’s taken 4 weeks to arrive via China.

This is a SCAM COMPANY . Coming from China and the name on the product is HOYGI not Luméa like I ordered. Have no idea what’s in the mask so will not put it on my face.. ITS A SCAM DO NOT BUY FROM THEM Also waited over 4 weeks for delivery.

Agree with a previous review. This is advertised as Irish skin care, made by a small family company in Ireland. It is a lie! I ordered it and it was sent from China and made in China. Hard to believe they can get away with that!

This was marketed as being from an Irish family company. It's not. It's Chinese and loads cheaper on ebay. Took almost a month to arrive, too.

Cheap chinese junk marketed as a "Small Irish Company". Avoid.
