Ive been paying for a subscription since 20w4 and had no idea

I use their products on weekly basis. I can't use other company products but their product is overall good to use. It matches my skin type. But it’s a hassle to find their original product on local shop.

Really bad service, cancelled multiple times. Not sure if they are a legit salon but would be very cautious booking in with this place. The use a marketing team to promote their salon but cant manage to get you in. Its a very disorganised outfit - be very wary using them.. not sure their products are legit either!

Have used lux for sometime now, nice products especially the creams

I ordered a product the face lift, with a free product that was on discount, on the beggining of february.

After 2 weeks I received the notification that the product is going back to the origin facility, and since then I'm trying to contact them to try to deliver again or getting a reimbursement, without any sucesss. I was scammed.

I ordered this product as I was sent the wrong product last time and noone helped me ..so now I've had to order twice miss out on the extras I could get if I did want two boxes . customer service did not help at all. Disappointed

Original parcel missing things and broken other things, extremely painful support process advised early Jan would replace.. here is March and still waiting.

This is my second purchase. The first time I bought a 6 week supply, no results so I bought the 12 and I have never missed a treatment. There is absolutely no difference or improvement. Not fine lines, not scarring, not skin tone. Absolute waste of money and time

Shocking customer service.send two emails two weeks on and no reply.
The micro needles is so bad I had spot and dry skin for a couple of days.
Not good at all.Waist of money

I would give them negative points. It's been 6 weeks since I placed my order. Their customer service is ridiculous. Neither they are delivering my product nor giving a refund. I have sent them messages on Instagram as well but no response.

The needle part broke

Worst product ever, hard tops get stuck, little tubs come off, have to unscrew the whole device multiple times

Scam , product description not same as what you get. Show 6 bottles and instructions say 6 bottles but only 4 supplied . Rip off . Useless customer services

I purchase december 2025 and my delivery was stolen as left in full view just before xmas. company do not answer numerous emails and when 5 weeks later they answer im toldthe 3rd party delivered so that is it not a care that left in full view .i would not trust this company as no communication this company is not trustworthy they sell items that are expensive and have no customer aftercare be careful i would avoid

I got that machine to lift and thitening face, it has only 1 bottun for on and off, choose the service and intenciti.
and so far it's not even getting on.
they do not refund and you have to just exchange with another bad product from them.
