Five stars! My outbound journey with driver Neil in the beautiful S-Class was exceptional. The return trip with Dean in an immaculate E-Class was equally impressive. Both drivers were incredibly accommodating, offering stops and ensuring a comfortable ride. The online booking and pricing were easy to use, and everything was confirmed beforehand. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Highly recommended!

I used Luxstar for an airport transfer. The service was exemplary from start to finish. The driver was professional and very friendly. Every effort had been made to make my journey as seamless as possible. Car was beautiful and pure luxury. I had a message prior to the driver arriving with the name and registration of the vehicle. The driver came to my door to greet me, took all my baggage and loaded it into the car, I didn't need to lift a finger, he made every effort to ensure I was comfortable throughout the journey. Upon arrival to the airport my luggage was removed from the car and handed to me to continue my journey. My return was just as seamless and there was a very well dressed professional driver stood waiting for me. He took my luggage and led me out to the car park where he brought the car straight around to me. I barely had to move.
I would absolutely recommend Luxtar. Thank you to the team for providing such a 5 star service.

Truly fantastic service. Started the night before with a courtesy call to confirm next days transfer. Fantastic service continued with our driver Brad confirming by text he was en-route and then arriving a few moments early. Same level of communication on the return pick-up form Brad. Have to mention the car too, really comfortable and spacious for the four of us and all all the luggage. Just looking for another chance to use.....

I do a lot of travelling and one key thing is relaxing on the way to and from the airport. I tend to book via Emirates. I used to have another supplier (one of the big 3), which I had some of the worst experiences with. Then one day, Luxstar turned up - Wow! It was a refreshing and a welcomed change. And ever since I have had a number of journeys with them.(most recent, with Neil)All the cars are smart, clean and have all the luxuries you expect. The drivers are always early, very smart, welcoming, friendly and just perfect. I like to chat, which all the drivers so far have been, and its conversation all the way. They try to get to know you, as I do with them. These are a very profeesional and high end chauffeur service which I am definately not going change from these. You can also tell it'd a tight and exclusive business, people are hand picked, either individuals are selected as they are known, have an a1 reputation or have had a really good recommendation. Fair play to the owners and team members. You really will grow, but I know you will keep this exclusive driver expectation, quality of service and personal touch. Thanks!

Having used many different Chauffeur companies over the years, we can honestly say our recent airport trip with Luxstar Chauffeur Services was the best ever.
We cannot recommend them highly enough. Our Chauffeur Neil was superb, so courteous, kind and friendly. Plus a very excellent driver! The car was in perfect condition and we felt very safe and relaxed throughout our 2 hour drive to Gatwick.

I recently booked a chauffeur service with Luxstar to take me to a meeting across the country as I did not feel very comfortable going on public transport with Covid cases rising. I could not have been happier with the service I experienced! My driver, Carl, was very welcoming and made me feel completely at ease from the moment he picked me up. The car was immaculate and very comfortable, the journey was so smooth and I felt very confident in his ability to get me to my destination safely. WOW, what a professional service. I recently needed a long distance transfer for business, and Luxstar Ltd sent me a top of the range S-Class Mercedes which was immaculately clean inside and out - and a proper chauffeur. It made me feel like a VIP. Arrived on time - and perfect driving habits. My chauffeur Carl knew exactly what he was doing.
