Great Customer Service
I had a good discussion with the sales manager about storing my items as I wasn’t ready for delivery. There was a mix up with the delivery that was resolved very quickly and kept me informed throughout. Plus the two Corten troughs I ordered look great and were entirely as specified- great service.

bought some custom steel edging plates. very accurate design and the parts connected seamlessly together. the bolts/rods were sufficiently long to hold the plates. i would have preferred the rods to have a point at one end, but i managed to cut these myself. overall extremely happy with the product and would buy again. The customer service team were also very helpful in tracking my order.

A pond for Christmas
A pond for Christmas. Fish a big surprise. After 24 hours the inner coating failed and there was rust everywhere and dead fish. Christmas well and truly spoilt with lots of tears. Would never recommend this company nor its substandard products.

We were very sorry to hear about the issue with your pond. We were notified of the issue on Christmas Eve and as soon as our office were open we arrange collection of the pond for inspection.
On inspection we ascertained that there was a fault with the internal lining of the pond and we arranged for a new pond to be fabricated and lined as soon as we could and had this delivered. The replacement pond was accepted and we hope, rectified the issue.
We were very sorry to hear of the upset caused and always endeavour to rectify any issues as soon as we can. As a small business we provide a personal level of customer care and we hope that the issue was rectified to your satisfaction.
The lining of the ponds are handled by a third party company and since this issue arose we have reviewed our quality control process to hopefully prevent any further issues.

I am sorry that your delivery did not arrive as planned. Having reviewed your delivery I can see that Palletways delivered it a day later than agreed due to unforeseen circumstances. All of our pallet deliveries are handled by a third party company and whilst 99% go ahead as planned, unfortunately issues do arrive on occasion. Palletways should have kept you updated regarding any delay and we have fed this back to their customer service team.
Palletways offer some excellent tracking but it appears on this occasion their systems failed. We know that any failing on the part of a third party reflects badly on us too. Thank you for raising the issue so that we can feedback to Palletways and hopefully improve the delivery experience going forward.
