I orsdered from this company on 11th October.
My order was alllegedly delivered on 24th October, but I never received it.
Since which time I have been embroilled in an exasperating email war with them. And I can't get them to understand that the courier did not deliver it to me, but most likely went to the wtrong address or left where someone has just taken it.
They keep sending me the tracking number and telling me that I need to claim against the courier company.
NO, that is not what I need to do, but what they should do.
I have lost all patience with them.
They have no idea about after sales customer service.
It is now November 24th and I am waiting for the next round of repetitive emails.
I just want a refund, so I can go and order from a company who know what they are doing.

If you want to avoid any stress, if your order goes wrong, then don't do any business with this shower.
