Excellent company and will return

Came across Luxurious Looks when I was looking for a company that stored multiple Milk_shake hair products instead of ordering from two or three companies. Pricing was excellent and had the items I wanted in stock so placed an order. Items were dispatched on Monday but come Wednesday the Royal Mail app still showed the status 'We're expecting it' which in my experience means the parcel is lost or stolen.

Reached out to Customer Service and dealt with Jo. She responded swiftly to my email, was understanding of my situation (I'm a swimmer and my hair is dry from chlorine damage) and she understood the need for the items urgently required. Jo replaced my order with express delivery for next day. Items arrived early evening and the products are amazing. I cannot thank Jo enough and she is a credit to the company.

I will be a returning customer. I am very happy.

Thanks for getting in touch. Sadly the T&Cs of the cashback company means cash back isn’t paid if your order was processed using a discount code. Your order contained a code saving you £5.55 so therefore the cashback wouldn’t apply.

I had a delivery problem with an order…

I had a delivery problem with an order I placed in early December 2024. I made contact with your Customer Service department, to which I received a speedy response from Jo. The reply was empathetic and a resolution was quickly agreed with the offer of sending a replacement order, to which I was delighted.
Unfortunately, Royal Mail attempted a delivery, but left no card or an update on their app., so was still without my goods. I contacted customer services again yesterday, for which Jo again took responsibility, confirming that Royal Mail were in receipt of the package and arranged a delivery date for tomorrow, Wednesday 8th January.
As I am away tomorrow, I was able to establish the Royal Mail delivery number, as provided by Jo and therefore able to collect from my local sorting office.
I cannot praise Jo enough for her amazing customer service skills, she took ownership of the issue, which was not created by your company and saw it through to resolution. Jo instilled me with confidence in your company, is a complete asset to you and will most definitely keep me as a future customer-well done Jo!

Excellent company

Ordered from here first time a gift for my daughter for Xmas 6th Dec next day got an email dispatched then nothing started querying 17th Dec sent 2 impatient emails ...nothing reached out on Instagram and Facebook....busy time of year but got a reply instantly through Facebook...turns out my order was lost by Royal Mail 😡 but a replacement sent for next day delivery which arrived with a good gesture gift the wrapping of the gift was outstanding...I use the same products as I ordered for my daughter and will definitely use this company going forward thank you so much for your help at this stressful time for companies and customers

Quick delivery, great customer service

Products were delivered to safe place and no card left, so I had to query where it was til it became clear where they were. Jo at customer service was quick to answer my query, and dealt with it swiftly. Essentially quick delivery and response - it was royal mails fault as they didn’t leave the card!

FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I had an issue with an item damaged in transit. Emailed the company and had a swift response from Jo, who offered me a range of solutions to my problem: replacement, free return or discount. Return included free pick up from my home on a day convenient for me. Really couldn't have asked for more. Highly recommend this company!

I missed out on the Black Friday sales and reached out to the lovely team via instagram and spoke with Jo - Jo went above and beyond and I can’t thank her enough for her time and effort. Iv used this company a few times now and I wouldn’t go anywhere else for the products I use. Great customer service is rare now a days and Jo certainly provided a VIP service! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great customer service

After not getting delivery details, I reached out to customer support and was greeted with a swift and helpful reply that included my order tracking information. I was able to find my order straight away. Looking forward to purchasing again.

My address had auto filled to my old address and the order was already processing - I reached out and Jo was the most helpful person ever ! Managed to track down my order and change the delivery address ! Thank you so much x

Davines shampoo and conditioner

I ordered the davines Momo Duo shampoo and conditioner by mistake, emailed customer service the next day before it was dispatched and the lovely lady Jo swapped it for the the Nounou range.

Good price, customer service also quite good

Good price on beauty products, placed several orders over the years and one was delivered with the wrong product. There was also an internal error meaning my email to the returns email address was not picked up for 2 weeks. After commenting here, Mark picked up the slack and sorted me out. He was very friendly and helpful throughout and kept me updated. Hopefully they fix the issue with the email soon.

Delivery service is an issue

This is was second time I have paid for next day working day delivery and the second time my order has not been delivered. No one responds to messages. I thought I would give them another try after the previously service. As a customer you have all the stress of chasing for a service and items which you have paid for and I felt let down as a customer but once the complaint was picked up it was dealt with swiftly and an apology was welcomed. So thank you for getting it resolved so swiftly.

Excellent service and choice of products

Always a fantastic service from Jo and Mark, great choice of products. I had an issue (my error) with a hair product recently and exchanging and sorting couldn't have been easier, they were very attentive and happy to help. Wouldn't go anywhere else for my products. Keep up the good work, being in the service industry myself it's always gratifying to deal with an excellent company such as yours.
