Very good service. I lost my package because of a mistake by the shipping company, Royal Mail. However, the company very quickly and enthusiastically helped me find the lost package as well as send me a new replacement ones. I worked with Jo during my struggle time I really appreciate her help. Thanks a lot.

I recently purchased some products from Luxurious Look and they were super speedy in posting the item.
Unfortunately, I didn't need the item anymore as my skin is sensitive and the product wouldn't help.
The returns process was super easy and the customer service team (Jo specifically) has been incredibly helpful and empathetic to my situation - including offering me some samples that might help my skin situation.

I've been shopping from this site for quite a while now and has always been really pleased with the products and the shipping. For some reason I had an issue with a product recently (allergic reaction), I emailed customer services and asked if I could exchange the product and was told that wasn't an issue at all. Sarah has been super helpful and sent me a return label and a new replacement product immediately. Thank you for great customer service!

Excellent service and product. I had a problem with the delivery and emailed the team. A very helpful member of staff promptly got in touch and stayed in touch until the situation was resolved.
I also love the product - as a regular swimmer my hair is washed 4 or 5 times per week. My hairdresser commented that my hair was nice and soft!

Absolutely amazing customer service there order came in late which ment it missed the next day delivery slot however, the same evening they received their delivery and I had a message to say it would be hand delivered on the day It was due which it was service from start to finish was absolutely amazing communication excellent highly recommend!!

I can’t speak more highly of this brand. I sent a query about my delivery which was quickly resolved. The team really went the extra mile to help me, not only with my original query but to offer advice on my hair care too. I’m a regular davines user but needed a little extra guidance on a new shampoo and Sarah helped point me in the right direction.

The team are extremely personable and offer a five star customer service experience. Very few online shops offer this; it was as good, if not better than going into a hairdressers and getting face to face advice.

I ordered a ghd wand. Got sent different item. Have spent a week back and forth with seller. Told I would receive it Wednesday, Thursday Friday Saturday. Never received any tracking after told I would. Long wait time for a reply. Paid for something I didn't order and still no correct item over a week. Not impressed at all. Avoid this company if you don't want disappointment. Response to reply from luxurious look. You told me that my correct item was going to be dispatched yesterday. It wasn't. Never was going to be dispatched, despite receiving this from you on 14/7/23.

I have been very patient considering the amount of different days I was told I would receive the correct item and this would test the patience of anyone. Issue never got resolved even though you have it in stock. My emails were sent out of worry of paying for something I never received, and long response time.

The volume spray does not spray and only sends out a liquid which is not what it is supposed to do.I would appreciate your comments on this problecp
I can now say that my spray is being replaced by the company and I am quite happy with the service I have received after my initial complaint so I have now given a 5 star review

I initially had a really bad experience when I received a the wrong product from here. However, there customer service was excellent and they were quick to rectify the problem. I was very impressed.

Great quality products and fast delivery. I had an issue with my order, but their customer service was brilliant and they went above and beyond to sort it out straight away. Would 100% recommend.
