I have been looking for watches for a while and saw Marco on You Tube channel for luxury bazaar and was instantly impressed. I then contacted him via Instagram and asked about purchasing a blue skydweller. This was the best interaction I had. He was corteous, responded to my texts and gave me very good advise on what I should do with trading and purchasing the watch. Even after the purchase he called me to see how I liked the watch. Very professional and have kept in touch with him even after the purchase. He is now helping me to see what new watch would fit best with my existing collection. With watch market going crazy I keep asking him questions and he repondes with great advise. I wanted to trade a watch for something and he gave me the best advise not to do it even though it would not lead to a sale. I have bought watches over 20 years and I can say HE IS THE BEST sales person I have dealt with. Actually, when I talk to him seems like I am talking to another watch lover rather than a sales person. I will not go anywhere else to purchase a watch now. The transaction with luxury bazaar was smooth and most importantly very TRUSTWORTHY

I was in the market for a used Breguet 5847 and have been shopping around for more than a year looking for the right combination of price, condition, and trust in the vendor. I typically buy my watches online and I’ve never had a bad experience but you always have to make sure you do some due diligence. I happened to come across Luxury Bazaar whom I’ve never dealt with before but I quickly gained confidence in the vendor after talking to Nick who ended up being my eventual salesman. As part of our arrangement, I traded in a Breguet Marine 5817 and I found that their trade-in values were incredibly reasonable. We made the deal and the package arrived within a day or two and was well wrapped and well protected and the condition of the watch was everything that was represented to me. I would fully recommend Nick and Luxury Bazaar for any fine watch purchase.

Poor, careless packaging for shipping meant my order showed up with crushed boxes unsuitable for gift-giving, and steel spoons that were bent and mangled. My first, and last, purchase with "Luxury Bazaar".

How this company does business is atrocious! Contacted them some three weeks ago with the veiw to selling my Yachtmaster 2 to them, or place it on consignment. A chap by the name of Chris very politley replied that they had recived my enquiry and would revert back to me. Several days went by and I heard nothing. I then sent another email asking if they had any progress with reviewing my request. Once again Chris replied "I am circling back with Adrian" and will come back to you". That was the last time I heard from them!! Having sent subsequent emails, with no response!! Not a way to run a business. If you were not interested in either buying or consigning my piece then have the courtesy to say so! I can see why Chrono24 exists now, it negates the need for poor service grey market dealers.Come on guys, sharpen up your act. If I ran my business like this I wouldn't be in business. You guys could do without bad reviews.

Spoke with Nick and Alex about selling two different Rolex's. Nick low-balled the price to the point it was insulting. Spoke with Alex and even texted him about the trade towards purchase, then crickets. Followed these guys on YouTube, IG, etc. Watched their videos and thought how they handled the TimePiece Gentlemen situation was great, but that was shot to hell with my experience. I will never buy a watch from them or watch another video. No wonder why Romain said its a 100 million dollar a year company with the price I was offered.

I recently bought an AP for Anna T., I had a great experience. It was seamless. I will definitely buy again!
