This company truly knows what customer service means. Nothing is a problem for them. Ordered my bed and lots of follow up messages to guide me through headboard size and what would look best. They even sent me videos so I could see the colour properly. The bed itself is beautiful. So well made and great quality. So rare to get quality and excellence in the one company but these guys are amazing. So much so that I’ve ordered a second one for my son and again wonderful service to make sure my order is correct. Thank you

The bed is lovely, very sturdy and great material! The bed looks so beautiful, I needed the bed sooner than expected and they were able to delivery it privately so I could have it delivered. Delivery drivers were perfect and gave me notice when coming! They asked me how everything was after very good service. Always answered my messages and queries. Very happy customer

We had a problem with the bed slats and I reported it on the Friday, by the Wednesday the next week someone was out and replacing with much stronger ones. So impressed by the customer service , well done 💯 it's rare for companies to care these days so bit shout out.

Dan on WhatsApp was helpful and I asked A LOT of questions. He helped advise on if it would fit through my narrow hallway, on different designs, on if it would fit my small wall length and fabrics advice…

They have a lot of flexibility being the makers and adapted completely to the needs. They advised on the best type of ottoman
