We are based in Belgium and are active in the United Kingdom and Europe. Our rugs are shipped from warehouses located in the UK and EU and from our physical store located in Antwerp, Belgium. DUTY FREE UK DELIVERY : Deliveries of any of the luxury rugs shipped from Belgium to the UK are exempt of import duties, thus customers in the UK will NOT be charged any additional fees on top of the price paid at the checkout page in our online store.

I was so impressed with this company…
I was so impressed with this company and with Frederic in particular. I ordered a large rug at a very good price but was then informed that there was a long delay on delivery so I had to cancel. I was notified when the item was again available and reordered at a significantly higher price. I was amazed to receive an email from Frederic saying that they had noticed my new order and were going to charge the discounted price that I had been offered months previously. Now that’s what I call excellent customer communication and service! The rug was well packaged and delivered quickly. I highly recommend this company.

I was a little apprehensive
I was a little apprehensive dealing directly with a carpet company from abroad but that was certainly not the case. Frederic was helpful and knowledgeable. The carpets arrived faster than any UK company could deliver and were well packed and in perfect order.
my wife and I ordered more rugs as we were so pleased with the quality and price.
