Brought a scent of them years ago. Could not find it online as they stopped doing it. Messaged them on instagram and just by showing them the bottle they found one for me and shipped it to me straight away. 10/10 communication and very speedy process. Made my day

Purchased 4 Luxury scent Attar after viewing lots of ad in facebook, but disappointed because none of the scent doesn’t even last for 2 hours, although they claimed 9+ hours lasting.

Oil Scent received was strong and smelled cheap. Contacted customer service and no response was received.

I’m a very happy and satisfied customer. The service was excellent from start to finish, fast, professional, and clearly focused on the customer. The fragrances are absolutely beautiful, high quality, authentic, and a real joy to discover.

I’ve purchased from luxury scents a number of times and it never disappoints. The fragrances I have lasts for a really long time and I always receive compliments whenever I’m wearing it!

I have no complaints with the service but unfortunately out of the 9 different perfume oils I ordered not one of them was wearable. The quality is poor and frankly they just do NOT smell good!
I'm a fragrance collector, I own over 300 bottles from Arabian to Niche, so I know a quality perfume oil when I smell one and, sadly, Luxury Scent doesn't come close to even the cheap Arabian offerings in my collection.
What a total waste of money.

The staff take their time to help you find the perfect scent and really know their products inside out. The fragrances are long-lasting, high quality, and smell incredible at a much more affordable price. The store itself is clean, stylish, and welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better. I’ve received so many compliments on my perfumes from here and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommended for anyone looking for premium scents and outstanding service.

Awesome place, huge variety of perfumes to choose from, bought a few perfumes for gifts and they were all nicely presented, boxed very well and the price were very reasonable.

I have been to this place numerous times and they have wide range that suits most pockets. You always have choice to mix products to make it personalised to you.

I’ve bought perfumes and bukhoor from Luxury Scent before and the quality is top tier. The smells last and feel genuinely premium. Night in London is one of my favourites, and their new one English Sheikh is on another level. Definitely a place I’d recommend if you’re into strong, classy scents.

Went to the Newcastle store. I have no issues about the store itself, the sales assistant took his time helping me to find the right scent. I went for the Scent of Dubai men's fragrance. I love the smell but I've been using it for the last 6 months and noticed it consistently dissipates after 30-60 mins. Really disappointing since the perfumes themselves aren't the cheapest. Will be looking elsewhere in future

Update: the scent doesn't even last 10 minutes now, even with vigorous shaking before spraying. I've asked other people who say they don't smell anything on me, so it's not just me getting used to the smell.

I ordered Patchouli and Black Oud.
I have been sent the most disgusting rose oil that smells completely unwearable.
Emailed customer service to ask for a full refund and I have been ignored. Not a single word.
I do not trust this company and I would not recommend them.
I will now take the matter up via my bank.

Abit disappointed…
The reason I am having to mark down my review is I emailed the company requesting information regarding ingredients for the product I bought (perfume oil) as I wanted to check for allergy purposes ( I did check the website before purchasing and saw there was no information available on what the oils are made up of) decided to take a risk and order anyway which yes was my choice however I thought the product may have come with abit of paper with a little more information on about this so I gave the benefit of the doubt and thought it will be fine but nothing came with it. So not a problem I thought I will email them and surely I will get an answer, wrong!

I have given over a week and no reply to my email
Which isn't really acceptable for requesting important information which should be easily available anyway according to uk guidelines ( quick google will show the current rules ) as we have no clue what is in this product!
You have a wonderful website and products however this lack of information and poor customer service says you don’t take the well being of your customers seriously, Fix this issue please!

Purchased Oud badar & Scent of dubai perfume oils, they smell amazing and long lasting too. Went to a mall wearing them seen some heads turning😅🤩

I bought two perfume oils ( Black tie)on promotion buy one get one free. When I received them, I tried one of them and it did not last even one hour despite the fact the it was an oil ( eau de toilet last longer than that). I contacted the customer service and asked if I could changed at least the unopened one to something else in the same price range( I was not after a refund, so the company will not lose anything).
They replied with negative response.
This was my first purchase and will be the last, I could have became a regular customer but they just lost one for life.

Been ordering from this site for roughly a year now and have went through a good variety of scent from them. So far have not found any that have been anything but well presented and strongly fragranced oils. I do miss my favourite 'Italian Men' but other than that the sheer variety and potency of the fragrances have been astounding.
Recommended this site to pretty much everyone I know and have made them a sizeable group of returning customers. If you want a strong long lasting fragrance that is also remarkably cheap for the quality definitely give this site a go.
Always arrive quickly and with a lovely bag or box to boot. Will always be shopping here for the rest of my days. Can't recommend them enough.
