Non delivery of merchandise ..Non refund and no response to emails . Contacted Shop app which I shopped through and they forwarded my complaints to the company . However now I can not find the site or the link to them Absolute scam and will prob pop up under another brand so buyer beware
I found another site and I believe it is the same scammers offering prices too good to be true and no info on who they are .

IT IS SHOCKING PEOPLE ARE BEING RIPPED OFF AND ITS EVEN MORE SHOCKING THAT SHOP ARE ON THEIR SITE AND OF COURSE YOU TRUST THEY DO NOT HAVE SCAM COMPANIES I PAID THROUGH SHOP BUT THEY SAY THEY TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY THAT IS ALSO SHOCKING. OVIOUSLY YOU CAN DO A CASH BANK THROUGH YOUR BANK BUT IMAGINE IF I DID NOT PAY BY CREDIT CARD SO SHOCKING IT HAS MADE ME NOT TRUST SHOP ANYMORE

I ordered 12 Villeroy Boch dishes. They confirmed my order and took the money. They sent me a Tracking number. One month after my order I found in my mailbox a postcard with "Than you" on it and I discovered, calling the Shipping Company, that this was what they sent for the beginning to me. It's A SCAM!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM YOU WILL LOOSE YOUR MONEY!

SCAM. NO GOODS DELIVERED.
This is a group that advertised Villeroy and Boch china from patterns they claim are no longer made. Great low prices. I got sucked in. Got a standard email saying items were being packed. But, the email was from a Hotmail account. There is no information about the seller on their web page. I emailed them and asked for details and questioned whether they will send the goods. I also tightened access to my credit card. No response. No contact re payment sent.
