Top Level Customer Service

I’m a recent subscriber and the customer service has been brilliant.
My second candle got damaged by Royal Mail in transit and they got it sorted for me so quickly.

The candles also look and smell very high quality.

I love the smells

I love the smells - I get a different candle each month and so far they have all been beautiful

Amazing!

The candles are honestly amazing quality and smell sooooo good. The packaging is just so Aesthetically pleasing and looks so good. The subscription option is also such a good idea, a new candle every month!

Great service and even better candle. In a semi openplan house the scent filled the downstairs. Certainly beyond my expectations. Thanks!

Amazing amazing amazing

I came across this lovely company. And the customer service is brilliant, very responsive. Now for the candles..... Things of beauty, the look , the smell and the longevity just amaze me. I now look forward to working. My routine is light a candle in the background and get on with work. The fragrance is relaxing and it the work space smells lovely. The subscription is good value. Luv it.

We are terribly sorry to hear you have not had a response. We do aim to reply to all communications but it would appear that your email has been missed which we are very sorry for.

In response to your email, our Luxx subscription is completely flexible and allows you to choose a different fragrance each month which is detailed in the welcome email you receive after signing up. The reason behind you receiving the same fragrance on your second month is due to it not being changed on your account.

Head to ‘manage subscription’ after logging in, here you can change your fragrance.

I hope this helps you and again I am very sorry that we missed your email.

I placed an order for a subscription…It was my bank that paid my refund NOT Luxxcandles

I placed an order for a subscription one day and my money was excepted and next day my order was cancelled by their fraud team and money refunded, I waited 10 days for the refund to show in my bank with no success and when contacted was told the refund had been activated at their end and to contact my bank,well I have and my money is now refunded to my MasterCard and they are being contacted by the bank.

I was a new customer and recieved my…

I was a new customer and recieved my first order which had a faulty wick. The company identified there was a fault in production with the batch and are notified me to say I'd be receiving a new one.

Really impressed how proactive they are, to ensure Hugh quality of the product and customer service.

Underwhelming

I was extremely excited to receive my candle however it was completely underwhelming. It is barely aromatic and hardly any of the wax melted on the first burn ( I should add that I let it burn for just under 4 hours which is the max duration recommended and I know how to properly use and maintain a candle). I am somewhat candle obsessed so was really excited to find that candle subscriptions existed however, in my opinion, investing in these candles just isn’t worth the money. I’m hoping I just had a bad batch because I really dislike bashing small businesses! Hopefully they can improve in the future.

Great Overall Experience

Candles smell amazing, and the staff were so helpful when deciding which candle to get for my partner, and I got a great choice. The Bergamot and Grapefruit candle smelt amazing and burned for days, well worth the money. Would recommend.
