If zero stars were an option, that’s exactly what this company would deserve. I placed my order on February 19th, but they didn’t confirm it until March 13th, nearly four weeks of silence with no explanation.
After that, the tracking code they provided was completely wrong, which made it impossible for me to contact the courier directly to correct my delivery address and I mentioned it over and over during our conversation with Email but there is nothing to do. Had they given me a valid tracking code in time, the issue could have been easily resolved.
According to the tracking link on their own website, my package was returned to them. Yet instead of offering a reshipment or refund, they hid behind a policy of “no responsibility for wrong address”, keeping my package and my money with no resolution offered.
A timely order confirmation and a valid tracking code are basic obligations. Failing on both, and then refusing any accountability, is simply unacceptable. I strongly warn others to avoid this company.
