Luxy London Avis 11

I’ve recently bought a grey hat from LuxyLondon as I was travelling to a very cold country with minus (-) 15 degrees during the day! The hat is absolutely gorgeous!! All my relatives were in awe! It is SO beautuful, the colour is divine and design is sooo good!! It kept me SO warm, I was SO happy as keeping your head warm in such cold weather is essential! It exceeded all my expectations! It arrived in such a beautiful packaging too. Customer Services are great, I am sooo happy, thank you so much for what you do! ❤️

I bought three of the cashmere coats from here for me, my mum and my sister and they were all amazing quality and beautifully made. We had an issue with the sizing of one of the coats and the customer service was amazing. They dealt with my issue professionally and kindly and let me arrange an exchange. It was Christmas season and a very busy time hence things were abit delayed and so they actually sent me a gorgeous scarf and hat along with my exchanged item! 100% recommend

Such fantastic pompom hats!!

I have 5 of the fur pompom hats from Luxy London and I am ALWAYS getting stopped and asked where they are from. The pom-poms are sooooo fluffy and soft - they gently blow around in the breeze and are so wonderful to look at.

The quality of the hats themselves are amazing, such a soft cashmere/angora mix. At least 4 of my friends and family have also purchased after seeing and trying mine.

I always keep an eye out for new colours and styles to add to my ever growing collection.

The customer service aftercare is also fab - so helpful and kind. A big shout out to Sabrina for her help today.

I recently purchased a coat from Luxy London. The experience was first class, extremely helpful. They sent me the video of the coat before posting to confirm l was happy with everything. My coat came very fast, perfectly packaged and well presented.

Absolutely Amazing!

Wanted to get a new coat and I loved the large fur on the hood and the lining inside, and I just new that it was the one. Arrived in a well presented box and even came in a dust protector bag for the non winter months. I got a medium mens sizing (being around 5" 9-10') and it's absolutely perfect, Definitely recommend Luxy London!

I purchased this coat for the luxe fur accent and I was certainly NOT disappointed! Stunning in wear... However, the quality of the down coat itself was a little disappointing, quite light / under down filled. The design is good and I would definitely recommend (the down fill volume may well be just my personal choice). Overall, I am happy with the product and expert customer service I received from Luxy London - the quality branded over box the garment came in was also a nice touch, which I have kept to store my coat. Thank you Luxy London.

They are a fraud be careful. Its a spam thieves i ordered from them a year ago and kept contacting them and they kept saying they will deliver and in the end they blocked me am really dissapointed Nd dont know what legal actions to take agains them
