If I could give a zero I would

If I could give a zero I would.
Ordered 2 costumes in 2 sizes so 4 in total.
Neither quality or size were as as described so I asked how o could return them.
I was told there was no point in sending them back to China so they would refund me a third of my payment and I could keep them and give away or sell!
I said that was not satisfactory and I would accept two thirds and they could keep the other third for their shipping costs etc.
I have chased them numerous times now and it would appear they are now ignoring me and I’m without any refund.
DO NOT USE this company!!!

I had a reply to my scathing review telling me to email details to their customer services. I’ve done this THREE times with the order reference and photos of the defect. STILL no reply. What am I supposed to do with the faulty garment. I want a refund asap. Kindly handle my complaint efficiently.

Unacceptable service

Unacceptable service – would not recommend

I would strongly advise against ordering from LVLVLAA. Delivery was painfully slow, and when my order finally arrived it was completely wrong. I received the wrong colour swimsuit, and the quality was extremely poor with clear defects.

I contacted customer services TWICE via their email address and received no response whatsoever, which is completely unacceptable. There is no telephone number to call. Due to the lack of communication, customer service and resolution, I am now having to raise the issue with my bank and other forms of consumer sales legislation.

This whole experience has left me feeling scammed and deeply disappointed. I will not be ordering again and would not recommend this company to anyone.

They are not the same as the pictures

They are not the same as the pictures, the waist band is different and the quality is less than the pictures show also. Waited a long time for them to arrive.

Not recieved

Only leaving one star as leaving negative stars is not possible. Did not receive item which is meant as a Christmas gift! I had one email which said I had provided an incorrect address. Ridiculous. Don't waste your money!!

I have tried numerous emails

I have tried numerous emails, as the jacket i have, has a defective zip. Very poor quality zip the zipper bends out of shape. I asked for replacement or full refund, I have only had a auto reply saying pay extra postage, and no way of actually paying said postage . I have replied 4 times to that email and nothing back. So I now have a waterproof coat that can't be zipped up. I shouldn't have to pay to return or receive a replacement. So im just out of pocket.

This company is unbelievable! They say to contact services, but don't give a phone number, they could have given it in reply to my original complaint and include a returns address on their website

Finding it impossible to contact them for a returns address. Their site just sends you round in circles!
Why can't they just post their address on their site along with all the adverts?
