I ordered this Spring wreath and cannot be happier after I unwrapped it. It is so beautiful, silk flowers, little honey bees and a gorgeous yellow bow. I cannot quit admiring it. This isn’t the first time I ordered from Lynchcreek Farms - the other orders were Christmas wreaths- but it sure is the most beautiful one. Thank you!n

have ordered and sent many wreaths from Lynch Creek Farms over the years. The wreaths are even more beautiful in person than they appear in the photos, and they last a very long time. For the price, they are much more reasonable than sending flowers and provide a longer-lasting reminder of the gift. They have become my go-to source for wreaths and seasonal arrangements.

I am rating their customer service not their products. I have ordered wreaths for the whole family and a few friends, at least twelve wreaths, for many years; they are beautiful yet expensive. This year they raised prices so I only ordered three. About five days before Christmas I called concerned because one I ordered for a dear friend had not been sent yet. The message they left was that they were home with their families for the holidays and would be back January fifth. I have been trying to contact them-often- for two days now. They must have taken the phone off the hook! I'm so disappointed with this company. You'd think what appears to be a small family operated business would have much better customer service.

My parents sent me and my husband a wreath as a present and not only is it absolutely stunning and great quality, it’s smells AMAZING!

It is a beautiful gift. It looks like it was made with love and much care. Thank you!

Fortunately, I didn’t read the reviews before ordering, and I’m glad I didn’t. I was grateful to find a company willing to ship so quickly at the end of the holiday season. I purchased two centerpieces on the 18th—one arrived today, and the other is arriving Monday from across the country. My mother-in-law was absolutely delighted with the quality and commented on how beautiful the centerpiece smells. I did need to contact customer service with a question, and they responded to my email immediately, even at the end of the day. I’m a very happy customer and look forward to purchasing again in the spring, especially from the upcoming Spring Collection.

I can no longer recommend these people and would call them Charlatans now. We've been ordering wreaths for all the family for many years and they were fine, albeit pricey. But, this year we got trees and they are rather a pathetic joke. The website shows these beautiful, fat and full examples, well decorated, but what you get is like a Charlie Brown tree that is sparsely decorated. The troubling part is how Lynch Creek will Ghost you when you attempt to inquire about it, they are away from chat, and will ask to leave a question and they will respond. But, you never get a response. If you call and ask for help, they give a hollow apology and nothing more, no consideration. I think they will be losing A LOT of their customer base after this season. They certainly have lost our business. They have become Charlatan Grinches, not about Christmas.

After writing below..customer service came back and offered replacement centerpieces that I liked to be sent to my family members who received the damaged ones. I feel they deemed themselves and happy with result.

Previous review . I didn't have a great experience last year when I spent a lot of money on many wreaths given as holiday gifts that arrived very late. This year I went with centerpieces, two arrived to family members with dented tins. I contacted customer service immediately with photos, and their solution is to provide me with a gift card of $40 ($20 / each dented tin). The gifts are ruined, and that is the best they can do for me. I spent $67 / each and they look terrible. I will NEVER buy from them again!

Took over a week to receive my order and it was sitting in a hot So. Cal warehouse for 3 days (fed ex). When I tried to contact them I was #43 in the call waiting queue. Then I emailed them and received n response.
When the arrangement finally arrived it was dry and ugly. Do NOT recommend.*****ID LIKE TO ADD THEY DID FINALLY REFUND MY MONEY,HOWEVER I WOULD STILL HESITATE TO ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN.

I have been buying 2 mini Christmas for years from 2 other vendors. After years of disappointment, I tried Lynch Creek Farm. They were delivered yesterday and I was shocked by their beauty. Healthy trees beautifully decorated with berries and cardinals. I will definitely order from them next year.

I wish I had checked the reviews for this company before ordering. I ordered 2 wreaths on November 6th and requested shipping on November 28, which the website is set up to allow you to do this. Well did not ship and finally on Dec 1st I see the shipping notice which will work but not as well. On Dec 7th it still says label created. I called, held for 28 minutes then of course it was blamed on FedEx and that it was really in FedEx’s hands and just not showing up. Still nothing the next day so held for another 40 minutes only to be promised that I would hear back from them that day. Nothing. This morning, the 9th FedEx suddenly shows the package picked up with the same tracking number. Unacceptable! Will call one last time and give them a chance to refund but given the other reviews, not expecting much. Order wreaths elsewhere.

Recommendation to use outside only. The wreath was hung inside the house and after a few hours it was discovered it was infested with hundreds of fruit flys that have been flying around my house so far for six days.
Customer service was contacted and they were asked to add a disclaimer that the wreaths could contain insects.

Our grand daughter surprised us with a living Christmas Tree, from Lynch Creek Farm. It arrived in perfect condition, beautifully decorated with faux snow covered pine cones, red/silver balls, red berries, glistening silver garland and topped with a large red bow and streamers. Also, included was a box of white/multi-colored lights with a six-hour automatic timer, and instructions how to care for our tree. Our gorgeous adorned tree has not only brought holiday cheer into our home, but also a touch of elegance and glamour. We are thrilled with her thoughtful, unique gift, and can appreciate the hard work that goes into it's stunning presentation. Thank you so much!

I can’t say enough good things about this company service is great and I have been buying the Christmas wreaths for years each year they are beautiful handmade

I've ordered wreaths from this company for different seasons over the years. Sadly, this will be my last order. I requested shipping Tuesday 12/2. on 12/3 I emailed as order had not shipped. They responded saying there was a 3 day window and it would ship by Friday 12/5. I received a tracking number the afternoon of 12/5 stating "Label created", not even shipped. Today, Saturday 12/6 still only showing "Label created", still not actually shipped! I've sent 2 emails, one even asking if could come pick it up (I live an hour away). So far ZERO response. I'm having a Christmas party tomorrow evening that when I ordered figuredthe wreath would be here in plenty of time. Clearly it won't arrive and I'll need to go find something nearby. I'm furious and tired of checking emails and tracking every hour. Way to ruin holiday spirit and lose a loyal customer, LCF!!!! Your customer service is ridiculous!

We ordered 3 of Lynch Creek Farms evergreen boxes in addition to greens from our wholesale supplier, for a wreath workshop. I cannot begin to express how pleased we are with the greenery from Lynch Creek. They are fresh, vibrant, fragrant and beautiful! In comparison to the ones from our wholesale supplier, they are quite superior and yet they cost us less. Next year, we plan to use only Lynch Creek Farm!

I have been ordering from Lynch Creek since my kids had a fundraiser at their grade school and now they are college students! I ordered the Premium Plaid this year and had to share how beautifully it was made and how great it smells! Love Lynch Creek!

I have used this business for several years. Their products are mostly fresh and lovely WHEN they arrive. FedX shipping is horrid. I received a note from FedX that the wreath was pending shipment . That was 4 days ago. It still has not shipped. Last year my item sat in the FedX warehouse , in my hometown for 4 or 5 days before it was delivered. Horrible customer service. Once they get your money, that’s all they care about.

We have been using them since 2008. Very beautiful wreaths. Their customer service over the past years has gone downhill as their prices have increased significantly. As a long time customer this will be our final year. After experiencing another really late shipment on dozens of wreaths, I’m met with some really uncaring customer service people.

This is my second year ordering a wreath from Lynch Creek Farm. I ordered it in September with reduced price/shipping & to ensure that I'd receive it on time. I like to have a wreath up for Thanksgiving. I ordered a 32" Rustic Red. The wreath has EXCEEDED my expectations. First it was well boxed/packaged. Second, it is FRESH, FRESH, FRESH & very fragrant. The wreath shipped on the day I requested & arrived on the specified FedEx date. I've always purchased pricier wreaths from local tree farms/florists. They've always been nice. However, the Lynch Creek foliage is much fresher than any I've purchased locally before. The wreath has more fullness. The wire frame is substantial. The 32" wreath is heavy. I needed help to get it up. I added my own set of string lights to add a little color this year. With a wreath this size, I probably need a longer set of lights. That can wait until next year. I'm very pleased with this purchase & hope to continue purchasing wreaths from Lynch Creek Farm.

I ordered for the first time this year and was wowed. We placed a corporate order for a long list of clients for Thanksgiving. It is nice to call a number and have someone answer the phone. Also they stayed in constant contact with us. I spoke with Mindy most of the time, but the other folks were equally great. They are so efficient and organized. They double and triple checked all of the details and made some revisions for things I missed before we completed the order. They promised us when the wreaths would get sent out and they were done so on time. Bonus: I got a list of all the clients with tracking numbers to track all of the wreaths! Great!! It was so helpful. And now for the greatest part, it was a hit! We are getting lots of compliments. We even got a sample, I got to take home. It is beautiful! It is so fresh, you can smell it through the sealed box. Definitely check them out, you won't be disappointed.
