I ordered a roll of layflat tubing on the 4th October, the payment left my account on 5th October.
I received and email telling me I would be informed when my order shipped. It is now the 15th October, I have sent 3 emails asking when I am likely to receive my order, all of which have remained unanswered so have no idea when or if I will receive the item I have paid for.
This is the 3rd Trustpilot email I have had asking for a review - I had been holding off leaving one but feel the situation now warrants a negative.
As a small business owner I would never leave my customers wondering for 11 days when they will receive their order. I appreciate problems can and do occur on occasion, and would have been happy if I'd had an email explaining why I haven't received my order, but no contact at all is inexcusable. This was my first and undoubtedly will be my last order with this company.

Easy website, very simple to navigate, set up account quickly and goods dispatched swiftly. Good price. Recommended.

Not quite the product is was expecting as the bags had air holes in and that wasn’t in the product description. Fantastic customer service in sorting out return and refund.

After being contacted by the MD of Lynx and given an assurance that they are on top of the sizing problem described in my original, and now précised, review (below), I have decided to up the rating by 2 stars -- we all err sometimes, in manufacturing as in our day-to-day lives. That said, I would suggest that Lynx keep a closer eye on either their tolerances or quality control (preferably both), as there are many unhappy customers on Amazon who had the same experience as I did but who didn't kick up a fuss and thus didn't get what they purchased. They may also not know that Lynx now have this problem sorted, and the product appears to be back on track -- if my replacements are any guide.

As also described in Amazon reviews of this product, 'Vinyl Keepers' can no longer be recommended for the vinyl collector ... Lynx have changed the size of their sleeves from ~ 12.5" to ~ 13.5" -- as a consequence, the record sleeve slides back and forth inside the PVC and if you're one of those who keep their inner record sleeve outside the main sleeve to reduce ringwear, then the result is that the LP slides out of the inner-sleeve and abrades back and forth against the Vinyl Keeper. Moreover, they now no longer fit in record cases that the 12.5" sleeves did.

UPDATE: Nov 10th:
As Lynx have replied with various assurances and offers, here's the last communication that I received from them on October 10th:

"...We are in the process of manufacturing record sleeves to the correct spec as we speak - film has been made and is going onto the bagger today. I haven’t forgotten to send out your replacements I just wanted to ensure they were exactly as they should be. I will email and let you know when they are on their way - I'll send via royal mail on an express service very early next week - if I can have them leave tomorrow I certainly will".

That message was exactly one month ago, and still nothing.

good quality product, not 100% happy with the way some of the sleeves were folded over to fit on the bag though.
