Lyons Bowe Solicitors - Keynsham Avis

Service was very fast and simple.

Exceptional service, quick turnaround on queries. I was kept up to date on every stage of the process.
Would totally recommend Lyons Bowe Solicitors.

We were always greeted well when we went into branch ,the staff were always happy to help us signing papers.
The various teams progressed without a hitch and kept us well informed.
I would like to point out it would have been helpful had we been informed that the capital gains tax could not be dealt with through Lyons Bowe.
Many thanks helping us through the whole process. Sue Lewton.

Very prompt with clear communication at all times

Professional service with helpful and efficient staff. Good communication keeping me updated with each step of the process.

Lyons Bowe have been excellent throughout the purchase process, keeping me fully informed and answering all of my queries in timely fashion.

Very easy process so far with the onboarding team, the online portals are easy to follow and upload documents. The team are easy to reach when you need to talk to some one and they regularly keep you informed of progress.
Great service

I have given lots of information, such as bank statements, wage slips etc. My father has also given proof of how he is going to help provide funds to my account so I can pay toward my mortgage.
Although we have given all of this information we have been asked to supply this again. I have sent wage slips across and wasnt told they wernt good enough, only to be contacted weeks later to tell me I need to do them again. When my wage slips and bank statements were sent over I was asked for more information from where this money was transfered from. I believe all of this could have been requested from me in one go which would save delaying the process, which has been extremely stressful and frustrating

We had our wills updated eventually but we were shocked by the number of times we had to flag up mis-spelt names, wrong names and grammatical errors. However responses were polite and prompt.

I bought my first house the last month was me and my husband and we are soo happy and pleased about the progress and how all the things went smoothly.
The team are great and friendly, it’s a long way and a lots of enquiries but the team was good and patient with all our questions and concerns.
Maybe sometimes we thought they just forgot us but when I emailed they came back enough quickly and explained everything. Was a great experience to work with them and I truly recommend !!!! Thank you soo much for all the support and help (from the helpline to the team) you are amazing

The team at Lyons Bowe have been extremely proactive and super efficient. The communication has been so easy, both being able to contact people on the phone and receiving quick responses via email. The app used is really user friendly and reassuring to get regular updates on the progress of my case. I’d definitely recommend Lyons Bowe.

Throughout, I felt listened to, supported and guided brilliantly. What I was most impressed with was the calm and professional approach which was greatly appreciated. A fantastic experience and I would happily recommend to anyone.

I am currently in the process of purchasing a property and chose Lyons Bowe after reading their positive reviews. So far, I am very pleased with that decision.

At the beginning, I was a little impatient during the AML checks, as we were asked to provide additional proof and documentation. However, I later understood that these checks are an important part of the process and are there for good reason.

What I particularly appreciate is their team-based approach. When one staff member is unavailable, another team member is able to step in and assist. Madison has been especially helpful and has always been quick to respond to our queries and requests.

I also like the regular updates through the app and email, which help keep us informed throughout the process.

We have now reached the legal stage of our purchase, and our experience so far has been very positive. I am hopeful that this excellent service will continue and look forward to completing our home-buying journey with Lyons Bowe.

Thank you to Madison and the team for all your help so far.

My experience with Lyons Bowe so far has been really good.I am in the process of selling my flat, and they have taken so much stress and sometimes confusion out of the situation, by supplying me with lots of very useful information online, and keeping me informed of the progress so far, either by phone or email. I love that they work in teams, and my experience of working with Connie Seymour who was from the New Instructions Team was really good. She was very helpful and supportive which I really appreciated. I have now moved on to the Legal Team, and I am sure my experience will continue to be a good one

Have recently been guided through the selling and buying process by Shanice and the experience has been absolutely wonderful. Lyons Bowe have an amazing app that makes it so easy to keep track of how things are progressing, and the peace of mind for what is coming next. Shanice herself was incredible throughout the process. She was always proactive and so good at communication, ensuring we always had updates even if was just that she was chasing things. The whole process was so well explained and laid out, I couldn't recommend them highly enough to anyone looking to sell or buy a house.

Rhea Stratwford was very helpful in dealing with new business and are Conveyance has been passed to the Legal Team so fingers crossed the high standard of service will continue

The company was approachable and helpful both online and on the phone. The process was clear and straightforward (except when we couldn't link up on TEAMS). They answered and clarified any queries I had and always replied promptly.
Overall an excellent service.

Connie in the NI team provided an excellent service. She responded to all our enquiries very quickly and nothing was too much trouble. Connie also kept us regularly updated and ensured we knew where we were in the process. Thank you

They are always very helpful and as l am not very competent on the computer it puts me at ease.

I am in the process of purchasing a house and my dealings with the Keynsham office and, in particular, Chloe Hoskin, have been excellent. A helpful, efficient and friendly service.
