NOT UK based

NOT UK based, takes ages to arrive. On arrival the item did not have the same fit as advertised, seam in wrong place. Customer service was quick but with a heavy push to keep item. Returns policy is shorter than UK companies, then they warn you if it's delayed in post there will be no refund. Emails suggest give item to a friend or daughter then offers 10 percent off to save you the £6.99 return cost to an international address, which they didn't provide after 2 requests. Felt they were counting the days with emails, delaying the return so no intention of refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS OVERSEAS COMPANY!

Read the small print in their T&Cs

Despite my previous complaint where Lyra London claims we came to a mutual agreement, which we did NOT (it was the only viable option to have a partial refund) AND I am not allowed to reply on Trustpilot further! I continue to get emails and Facebook claims of "30-day money back guarantee" which is effectively FALSE! If you wish to return something it has to be returned to their "INTERNATIONAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA" at YOUR cost! Which often outweighs the amount of refund, depending what you buy. Be warned, not a company to buy from and trading standards should get involved. Its in their small print yes but they will often only offer a partial refund in "GOOD FAITH" - huh!, read the small print before you believe they are in London and think you are safe because of the 30 day money back guarantee!

Our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee is honoured in line with our published policy. A full refund is available on the return of items, and we also offer partial refund and replacement alternatives as a goodwill option for customers who would prefer not to arrange a return shipment. In your case, a partial refund was discussed and agreed at the time, and we are genuinely sorry that the resolution did not feel satisfactory in hindsight.

Customer service excellent.

Customer service excellent.
I had a problem with the delivery of a parcel ordered from Lyra, London.
Carrier had informed me that the parcel had been delivered but I couldn't find it.
I Informed Lyra who very quickly replied, and proceeded to find out what had happened.
Very impressed as they responded to my e mails quickly and sensitively. Their personal response has to be admired.

AVOIDD THIS COMPANY!!!

Not a London company as name suggests.
Very slow delivery time.
Extremely poor quality items, nothing like the photos on instagram.
Impossible to return anything as have to send items to China.’
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Not a London/ UK company, as name suggests.
It took 15 days to receive my order and the quality is very poor. Nothing like the photos.
Returns are to China !!!
So annoyed with myself for not checking this company advertised on Facebook.
